Victor SThis location was great. The lady that helped me was so personable & assisted me perfectly. However, I do have negative comments about the Uhaul company in general. I booked a Uhaul online through some Flower Pedal shop, & when I got there, the girl acted like I didn't have a reservation she was expecting and said they had no uhauls. Luckily this second location down the road could help me Also another issue I had, when I went to upload my license photo, my camera on my phone wouldn't work. It was black. You should add the option to add a saved gallery photo. Luckily the lady at the store could help me by doing this on her phone.

HENRY GThe woman working there was late 40 minutes opening the office, my appointment was for 9 am but didn't get the truck until after 10 am. Also, her breath smelled like a wet ashtray, made me want to puke. The phone check-in didn't even work...for anybody.

GENE SVehicles requiere more cleaness to it. The one I rented had a large slab of granite and trash on the cabin. The attendants are really nice people and have a great customer service but the other items should be considered as well.

Francisco OThe truck was completely empty when I started the car the seats were sticky from liquid that was dropped all over the truck and all over the floor I took pictures to verify I requested a call from the manager and never received one I called all day the next morning and never was able to get in contact with any this was a very bad experience
