It was to be open at 8:30 am but nobody was there till 9 makeing our trip back delayed

Franklin JWas told they were open until 6. Arrived at 4, closed. Did check out on phone with help from your internet team. Not comfortable leaving truck and Dolly outside gate for 3 day holiday. Called the place of business and business next door all day Sunday and Monday. No answer and no message machine.

Charles DI was not able to pick up my rental because the business was closed. I called the business and there was no answer. I called two UHaul representatives and they were also not able to get the business to answer so I cancelled the rental. The UHaul App was also very frustrating to use. This is the second time I have had a bad experience getting from UHaul in the past 12 months.
Jennifer CI signed a paper stating a bill for$106 but yet 122,69 ,8.66, 16,04 was taking from my account not knowing why
