Again when I made the reservation I was supposed to drop off at this location but you had me dropping off another 10 miles or so away. The employees at this location got the reservation transferred to help me out. I feel like you all should at least reimburse me 50 dollars for my inconvenience and fuel expense.

After being pushed around to three different locations, to find that our trailer was not there or they gave it to someone else. I had reserved the trailer a week prior, and it took me an entire day to get one and I had to settle for one that was a lot larger than what I needed. I am not very happy. But the last location he went above and beyond to make me happy. He is the best representative you have.

Nicole M.My previous location for drop off was 2626 US-1, Vero Beach, FL 32960, the guy at that location was very disrespectful and even aggressive he refused to take our drop off claiming that he didn't have space but he did someone else after us came and drop off a box trailer U-Haul and he took it. U-Haul should remove this location this guy is very disrespectful and aggressive. As the other location where they send us was good and the guys very helpful, we didn't get any compensation after have to drive 30 minutes out of our way to drop off. Merci
