Our truck broke down. Seemed like it had a problem when we first picked it up. Caused us a lot of problems and missed appointments but we did get another truck to make it the rest of the way. I checked online and confirmed in person that there was a ramp in the truck I rented. There was no ramp and it made moving my items much more difficult. I am very displeased. I would not rent from this location again.Hillary B.

The floor of the truck was covered in a layer of dirt. Had to mop it to get it off do I could put stuff down and not get it dirty! Couldn't do online check in said to enter DL expiration but when I entered it wouldn't accept it, so had to go inside. Was very slow took half an hour just to check in. Very dissatisfied!Don S.

This overall experience was horrible. I rented the truck with 3/8 of a tank of gas barely enough to make it anywhere. The truck was dirty in the back which I took pictures of. And the mileage was completely wrong when I spoke to them about it I was mis charged. On top of all of that trying to be convenient and Reserve things online I bought some boxes that were not at the same place of this truck, and I will was not aware of that and when I tried to refund the boxes that I never received I was sent through two different call centers and still have no refund.Davaughn S.

This is a very convenient service from your mobile device. Not @ all difficult to follow instructions & manage. Kinda tricky/annoying over the weekend when the pick-up & drop-off locations are closed; & an accessory you reserved is not on the truck; which is the inconvenience i experienced. I rated this excellent despite this trifling annoyance, because Mary @ Cloverly Automotive(2203 Spencerville Rd Spencerville MD 20868) drop-off location reconciled the error rather exceptionally.Michael H.

No I wouldn't when I was charged three days for the trailer when I didn't have it but 5hrs I could have had some one move it for me for the amount they charged me I asked why I was charged so much without a response back so no this service was not something I would recommend nor will I ever use it in the futureJason W.
