The staff at Jacks was quick to help when we needed a truck to clean up after the tornado took the roof off of our house. Excellent location, thank you!

Shane KThere was an extreme exhaust leak to the point where it was pouring out liquid onto the grounds we thought that it was a gas leak because it looked like the gas tank so we didn't drive it for two whole days and the place that we rented it from was closed on Saturdays and Sundays so we ended up having to pay for the weekend because we couldn't get a hold of anyone and all of our stuff was in the back of the truck but we thought we couldn't drive it cuz the gas was leaking, come to find out it was the exhaust and when we explain this to the manager they still charges charged us
Louise HNot charge someone a cleaning fee of 25 dollars when I sent in a photo of the truck and all the food and dirt that was leftover from the previous renter. I think it's unfair.

Misty sOur truck broke down. Seemed like it had a problem when we first picked it up. Caused us a lot of problems and missed appointments but we did get another truck to make it the rest of the way. I will recommend uhaul to others because you stood behind your product. Everyone involved was very nice
MIKE PI used to use U-Haul all the time but this last usage was horrible. The online access needs some several help because it really sucks and very expensive.

Kurt SI checked online and confirmed in person that there was a ramp in the truck I rented. There was no ramp and it made moving my items much more difficult. I am very displeased. I would not rent from this location again.

michele hThe floor of the truck was covered in a layer of dirt. Had to mop it to get it off do I could put stuff down and not get it dirty! Couldn't do online check in said to enter DL expiration but when I entered it wouldn't accept it, so had to go inside. Was very slow took half an hour just to check in. Very dissatisfied!

Cathy LThis overall experience was horrible. I rented the truck with 3/8 of a tank of gas barely enough to make it anywhere. The truck was dirty in the back which I took pictures of. And the mileage was completely wrong when I spoke to them about it I was mis charged. On top of all of that trying to be convenient and Reserve things online I bought some boxes that were not at the same place of this truck, and I will was not aware of that and when I tried to refund the boxes that I never received I was sent through two different call centers and still have no refund.

Sandy SThis is a very convenient service from your mobile device. Not @ all difficult to follow instructions & manage. Kinda tricky/annoying over the weekend when the pick-up & drop-off locations are closed; & an accessory you reserved is not on the truck; which is the inconvenience i experienced. I rated this excellent despite this trifling annoyance, because Mary @ Cloverly Automotive(2203 Spencerville Rd Spencerville MD 20868) drop-off location reconciled the error rather exceptionally.

RHONDA KNo I wouldn't when I was charged three days for the trailer when I didn't have it but 5hrs I could have had some one move it for me for the amount they charged me I asked why I was charged so much without a response back so no this service was not something I would recommend nor will I ever use it in the future
