Not charge so much. Location was the closest one to my area and it cost me over 456 dollars plus fuel for basically one day of use. I feel this is crazy

Duncan McAllisterSafety chairs were too long and after a few 100Kms both wore through and had to be McGuyvered on the road side !!, and which would have been illegal if left un-fixed by me!!! I reported it to the receiving uHaul dealer in Oakhill NS.
Ed BaxterThe agent changed our drop off location from the location we had requested. The one they changed it to was in a very unsafe area and further from our location causing us to travel further. We are concerned that what they arranged is further than what we had arranged. The agents seem to always look at what is a shorter distance to their location instead of taking into consideration what is shorter to the clients move location. The arrangement over the phone with an online agent was rated at $655. The amount we had to pay was over $900. They should have quoted other additional items so we could decline or accept those. We returned the truck 1 day early.

Marc BelangerThe lady here was extraordinarily helpful. She wrote down some phone numbers to call to fix the missing discount but I lost the paper in our jumbled up house. For info purposed the discount was promised because uhaul made us drive an hour out of our way to get a truck on a long distance move. Primed a bunch of discounts to compensate for the extra gas, time, driving, inconvenience. Which is great but also barely covered the added expense of gas on two vehicles to go pickup the truck and then when it is time to pay the discounts are no where to be found and I have to waste more time chasing it. That's on uhaul not the little mom n pop place I dropped it off at who more than happy to help but restricted in permissions. Highly recommend Jack's

Richard BonneyCustomer service is excellent in-person but I have never had a worse customer experience than I have with UHaul and the customer service over the phone. I received notice that the reservation was changed 18 hours before pickup. The reservation was moved from 10km away to 130km away which added 4 hours of driving and $80 extra gas. When I called the UHaul customer service phone number I was transferred four times without anyone trying to help and the call was ended without anyone answering the last transfer, I was on hold for over an hour without anyone trying to help. I called to confirm the reservation in London, was told yes, then I received a call saying the reservation was changed to the 25th of August during my drive to London.

Don MorrisShe knew what she was doing, fast efficient . The truck made a funny sound on and off , I recorded it on my phone. She listened to it , reported it and pulled the truck from service. It used $ 62 of gas , better than the 26ft one

Barry JonesLeave the reservations alone ..when someone reserved a uhaul at a certain location for a certain time ..leave it alone ..they don't want to drive over Ann hour to another location to pick up a truck ..the whole point in making a reservation is so you know where and when you will picking it up not to get a call less then 24 hrs before telling you the time and location has been changed
