This place charged my card after saying I did not put gas back in truck when I stopped at filled the fuel back up on full just like when I got it. I went directly to the gas station across the street so not only did they keep my deposit but also charged my card for more money. I will never go to this location again and the owner was very rude about the whole situation!Alexander H.

Larry at Jack's Pawn Shop did an excellent job in trying to help us with our move. I had reserved a 20-ft van for the job some eleven days in advance; however, someone at HQ U-Haul altered my contract before I had picked up the truck. We know this because the original quoted price was for the larger vehicle. We wound up with a 15-ft truck, but at least we had a truck. it just made the move all the more difficult. Larry worked tirelessly to try to get things changed before the moving deadline, and ensured we at least had the small truck. We commend him for his efforts. In the future, I would highly recommend that: WHEN A RESERVATION WITH A CHARGE CARD IS IN PLACE, HQ DOES NOT ALTER, CHANGE OR DENY THE EXISTENCE OF THE CONTRACT. Had we been stranded, a lawsuit would have ensued. Thanks again to Larry, who made our move possible!steve D.
Most unfriendly , unprofessional place I have ever rented a uhaul. More than likely to go somewhere else the next time. Never explained my contract with me. Never told me the money that was being taken out of my account was a hold. And that place of business is really dirty. I felt really uncomfortable in there.Marian S.

Truck was frozen in ice. Nothing was provided to deice the truck. Inside of truck had ice in it. Side mirrors were frozen with ice.Robert B.
The location didn't have the dolly I requested and was told to pick it up myself from another location 4 miles down the road. Then that location tried to charge me again for the dolly which I already paid for from the first location. Staff at both has made me rethink who I'll be using in the future when it comes to moving.Derrick A.

No one present. Sign says open but doors locked. Had no instruction on where to park. Also, aside from this location, the return process should not be solely placed on the customer. A customer should not have to take pictures of their rental vehicle in order to return.Gary W.
Jacks pawn shop was a great experience. The overall experience was not so great. The original location didn't properly enter my rental info and they were closed so I couldn't pick up my rental. I selected 24/7 ride share but the storage place didn't enter it correctly. So I had to find another truck ASAP. Jack was very helpful with getting me on the road ASAP.Landon P.

We requested an appliance dolly online and when we got there was given a utility dolly. Having the right kind of dolly would have prevented unnecessary damage to my brand new washer. Not happy about thatMarlowe W.
My reservation was moved to this location. The gentleman was efficient but hardly pleasant or a font of information. I had requested furniture pads and a hand truck. I had to ask about them and was informed they did not have those. It is also not the easiest to maneuver a vehicle out onto the street. I checked would recommend because they did have several rentals available, UHaul fulfilled the reservation made at another location, but it would be with the above statements.John K.
Truck was cleanish. Several service warnings lights flashing on the panel in the truck. Including traction issues, of course it rained while we had the truck so extra precautions were taken on our part. Requested an appliance dolly, got there and he had none. Sent me to another location to get one. Stood in line for 20 minutes (waisted rental time I paid for) only to be told they didn't have any either. Had to buy a dolly.Jessica W.

The main issues was having had my booking cancelled on me with no notification. I arrived at the pickup location to be told it was canceled and that nothing else was available. After they were on the phone they found this 24/7 location. Although this worked out I still had to go out of my way when the original pickup location was more convos ent and picked specifically for that reason.Tori P.
There was no truck available at the location that I was to pick up at then I had to go extremely out of the way to another location to get a truck. The mobile pick up and drop off was absolutely ridiculous. Very dissatisfied with my experience with Uhaul. You all need to do better.Kimberly B.

Was told that nobody would be on site but I could do it all thru the app. So I agreed. Showed up to get van. Van was on site. Went thru process and verified. Then was told to go show my verification inside. Nobody was working. I called. Got Sharon on the phone. She gave me the codes however no keys were left!!!! I had to reschedule my delivery. Drive additional 20 mins to get another U-Haul. Waste of my time. Gas etc.Joe C.

The truck is very unsafe. It needs an alignment badly. The hood lifts with the speed of the truck and the shocks feel like they should've been replaced years ago. There was no appliance dolly but we still were charged for it. I've rented many uhaul truck....actually over 15 in the past 20 years but after this experience I will defiantly be shopping around again.Leslie W.

There was something wrong with the floor vent on the driver side. It was blowing extremely hot air on my feet while I was driving. I had the air conditioner on but the hot air kept blowing and it was an extremely uncomfortable drive. That should really be fixed.Taylor S.

The truck was the worse I"ve ever rented. Alignment seemed off. It got about 3 miles to the gallon. Would not drive on the highway. Truck needs major work or should not be rented.Glenn K.

Two days in a row I had equipment reserved and an email confirmation. Upon arriving at the locations the euipment was not available. The first location (Jefferesonville IN) had nothing else available and did not assist me in finding an alternative. This location luckily had an alternative but it did not meet my needs. DO NOT RESERVE ONLINE! Uhaul will not assist you if they fail to meet your reservation and they DO NOT HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE. They gaurantee your reservation and say they'll offer a 50 $credit and will STILL help find an alternative rental but they DO NOT HONOR THAT GUARANTEE and DID NOT credit me 100 $for failing to meet my reservation twice in a row or even credit me 50 $for one. After speaking to costumer service it became obvious that they were not concerned and placed the blame on me even after forwarding my confirmation emails as proof.Dennis W.
The location was fine. No issues at all once the truck rental was finally secured. I booked a truck and then got a call the next day that there wasn't actually a truck available at the first location and that there wasn't even something else that I could rent - truck or trailer. I called this location and was able to get a truck but couldn't keep it the 24 hrs. However I still had to pay for the full 24 hours. I probably won't use U-Haul again after this. But the employees at the location were great when we picked it up and dropped it off. The overall system was the problem.Angalina C.
