Duke HMake sure trucks cleaned, customer service is A1 and reservations don't get modified without permission, or, charges that cost extra don't get applied without informing customers.

Diane BMaintaining a truck will get better fuel mileage and efficiency but as for this truck 20 foot 7 miles to the gallon took 600 fill keep filled and it just has much as it cost to rent it .I would like some money back on this truck

Melba GI didn’t like the fact I was charged $112 for 3 hours use of the truck and then turn around they charged me another $20 something dollars again Nd didn’t even say anything I should have gotten money back but instead they took more money out of my account I’m beyond mad I won’t never use them anymore that was a rip off
Lynette DI can't say enough about how helpful these gentlemen were at this location. I only needed the trailer for a one-way trip so I most likely won't visit the same location but I most certainly would if ever need be. I was traveling from another city and the map app gave me incorrect information on the time so I was quite late but they stayed to assist. I highly recommend this location for equipment availability but mostly for the courtesy, professionalism, and personal touch - which is very hard to find these days. Keep up the incredible work and THANK YOU!!!
THOMAS CThis experience was a lot different than other experiences I have had in the past. The system should be more streamlined so that the consumer knows exactly what they are paying for. Had we not challenged the total, we would have paid whatever the computer asked us to pay.

MARGIE HTwo hours before the listed closing time, but there was nobody on site. There aren't many choices in the area so a recommendation makes no sense. I made a sure we were unloaded in time hoping to discuss the vehicle issues. The site is an open field with a (locked) building so I can't say if it was clean or not.
Allen BThe staff here is really friendly. I was directed to drive up on the car transport ramp too far, causing damage to my vehicle. The splash guard came loose. Other than that, I was pleased.
