The truck exhaust was not, in any stretch of the imagination, properly maintained...LOUD AF!!! It should have included noise canceling head phones. Windshield was nasty. It did get better gas mileage than I expected.

Rico RU-Haul needs a better website that is more user friendly. I should be able to fill out what I am looking to rent and the website tells me where it is located. I picked a place to pick up a car trailer from the website. Only to get an text message later telling me I had to pick it up from another location. Why give me the option to pick a location to pick it up at and then tell me I have to go somewhere else.

Michael MThere was no personal at this location. I reserved a truck six days prior and the day of pickup there were no trucks of that size available. The mobile app did not work. I had to take a much larger truck than I needed. The owner of the facility had to be called in to get me the key for the vehicle. The vehicle's wipers were in poor condition, the washers froze, and there was a constant squeal from behind the dash. It was not a pleasant experience.

KENNETH GI was reassigned to a new location at the last minute, and there was no one there to assist me except over the phone. Please avoid this in the future.
Andrew PNobody was present when I returned trailer at 340pm. I took a picture of trailer for timestamp proof I returned trailer in case it got stolen before an employee returned.

luther DI went there exactly at 1:15 and a lady showed me a drop off box as the location was closed so less than 24 hours and I took pic of the gas also it’s more than what I took and u guys charged me extra for gas and 40 bucks for extra day..please refund me my money..my phone number is +17043452075
