Check Engine light along with other lights stayed during the entire time truck was driven and truck rode rough! I returned to location to report problem and was told that "routine maintenance was needed but go ahead and use it" by the store's manager. This truck needs an inspection!

DEBRINA HALLTruck was clean, but driver side mirror had a lot of duct tape on it. It wasn't adjustable and therefore not useful to me as the driver.

Winston BruceThis location has been asking you for a long time to take appliance dollies out of their inventory. They don't have them, so please take them out of their inventory in your system and stop making things more difficult for customers and the location. The staff at the location were excellent and very helpful. We appreciated doing business with them and will do so again.

Candice HairstonThe staff was very rude. The app was not working and she got smart with me about it, acting like i was ignorant and bothering her. The van was nasty, smelled like piss and body odor. Dirt throughout, i have pics. The wiper blades need replaced, could not see when it started raining, and had to pull over several times or drive 25 mph. Not a pleasant experience what so ever. NEVER going back there.

Kayla MayesI have done business with this location in the past and not had any problems. On this date of 8/20/22. I rented the cargo van to take my daughter back to college. Whomever had rented it before me or farther back, did NOT clean the van out and neither did the owners assure that it was cleaned for the next person to rent. Apparently the person had a white dog or cat in the van with very fine hairs. The seats and the entire van are COVERED in fine white hair from the pet. I had to sweep the van out and wipe it down, before I could load my daighter's things. I even had hairs all over my insulated cold bag that I took with us, and all over my pants. There is still a lot of said hair all over seats and floor. The person should have been charged a cleaning fee. What if we would have had allergies? I will not rent a cargo van from this location again because of this. I am very disappointed.

Kalynn Knoxtypically the customer service at J&J food mart are really great unfornately the trucks arent clean , they work fine but are not clean like they should be and that can pose a threat to consumers who re using the truck due to high contaminated and concentrated levels of debris and dirt. so make sure you bring your Clorox disinfectant wipes. and you'll be fine.

Sadena BodyBetter Customer Service at J & J food mart. The cashier had a horrible attitude and I don't have to deal with that when I can use another company. They make the U-haul customers wait while continuing to allow customer for their store to go first per the owners request. I have not had any problems with U-haul but after moving all day and night and this happening will make me use another company. My truck wasn't cleaned. They don't make sure they are cleaned just check the mileage and gas. Hopefully service isn't needed because I will be going somewhere else

LaQuesha CannonThe truck was dirty, with less that half a tank of gas. I ordered a dolly, which was not in it. I was directed to another Uhaul office to get one. When I received my final bill, I had been charged for furniture pads that I did not order or receive. When I disputed the $20 charge for that, I was told an adjustment would be made, but then the $20 plus $3 (for something unknown as of yet) were charged to my card! I am preparing to call the service number. The last 2 times I've tried, the wait was 59 minutes. Don't ask to be put in line for a call back, because I've done that, and the call back never came. Overall, not much more could have been wrong with this experience.
Camille LeaverI never got my appliance dolly, I paid an extra $20 for the appliance dolly and they only had furniture dollies. This is the 2nd time at this location that they do not have my additional equipment so I don't know why offer it if you can not provide it.

I found out later to bring it to this place Since it was a one way drop off, I left the key with my grandson because I live in Durham. He had to drive to this location and walk back to the previous location so I don't think he paid much attention to the appearance.
