Have trucksand trailers more available where you select to pick up.
michael cLocation is not easy to turn around in to park trailer back in same spot plus the parking lot is not lit up at night so makes it hard to return the trailers at night but it is convenient distance-wise. The owners are friendly, responsive and easy to work with as well.

Crystal HI was highly impressed with the whole U-Haul experience, I was going to settle for a smaller truck to make my move but in route to pick up the truck, a sales rep called to re-route me to another location for the truck wanted and im glad he did cause we filled it tight to the back door, We had a 250 miles move and the truck performed flawless, climbing those hills on the WVa turnpike and keeping up with traffic without to much struggle, the whole move was less than 300$ bucks and that included the extra insurance for peace of mind, I would do again, Thanks

CHARLES KU-Haul should not allow someplace like this to be a dealer, where you feel unsafe. The property is not well kept with old cars and had big dogs and would NOT answer the door even though we supposedly had an appointment to pick up the trailer at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday. You are seriously sending customer to a meet processing facility to pick up a U-Haul???? Really.

danielle sdid not even seem like a legitimate business. unfriendly. we were not sure if we were even in the correct Uhaul location. Did not give us a receipt at drop off as requested. Most unprofessional. and really rather creepy...
LOUISE CThe truck we rented had a bent frame. We made it halfway in our trip and my husband had to call the U-Haul service number. The service men that came deemed the truck inoperable. U-Haul did find us another truck, but felt bad for taking it because it was scheduled for another family the next morning. The truck given to us at Dexter City wasn't safe.

ZACH GThere was simply nobody there when I got there. They were out to lunch. I just dropped the keys in the slot and left. Their facility looked fine. Nobody returned my message on the answering machine, but it turned out there was not really any need to.
STEVEN WUhaul called 1 day before we were suppose to pick up at a closer location and said we'd have to drive 30 miles to pickup some place else. Very inconvenient, and I will not do business with you guys again.
