Great location for local needs

Angela RThey had the size truck I needed, but there aren't many options if you need bigger. Also, the gentleman I dealt with was very pleasant, unlike my first experience before finding this location. I had stopped at a Uhaul dealer on Double Trouble Rd in Bayville, who were rude, unhelpful, and I felt as though I was bothering her despite my being the only customer in the facility at the time. I would recommend the folks out in Whiting, but would steer people away from the dealer on Double Trouble Rd.

Gary SI was disappointed in the vehicle. I had a oil leak that cost me 2 days of use and even though it took a long time to get fix, I was not given an option to transfer my stuff from the broken down vehicle to another vehicle. I was also not given credit for the 2 days that I lost because of bad maintenance. You guys really should work on your customer service. I had a hard time getting though to support service on the phone. And since you are the only ones in my area, I might just be looking for another dealer to handle my needs.
