Only thing is, is the back of the truck needed to be swept out before we could use it; this should have been done before hand in my opinion.

I filled the vehicle to exactly the level the gauge was at when I picked it up, which was just slightly below the 1/4 full mark, and yet I see a fueling charge for $30 plus an additional 11 litres of fuel. When I picked up the vehicle the agent told me it was 1/4 full of fuel. I noticed when I got in it was just slightly below that but I didn't think that would be an issue. I did my best to fill it back to the level it was at when I picked it up. I respectfully request this charge be reversed. Merci.

There is a discrepancy between what the paperwork has listed as the distance rate and the rate that I was actually charged. On the receipt that I was emailed the distance rate is 0,49 and I was charged almost double of 0,79 and when asked at the store was told it would probably be 0,69 per KM. This is not a big deal as I did not travel very far but for a much higher paying customer this would be extremely annoying. This is something that I do believe you should look into, especially since it was actually emailed to me with the wrong rate. Thanks James Comiskey

There was no place to park my car while I used the UHaul truck, so I had to find alternate parking. I appreciate that they didn't want my car to get damaged, but it was inconvenient and I didn't know ahead of time. Service was quick. The driver's seat was difficult to move forward and they helped when I asked for assistance.

*This comment has nothing do to with J&P convenience* Once I arrived to my destination town, I was told from the pickup point to bring my uhaul to any uhaul location for drop off as my profile didnt have a drop off location. I brought it to starlight convenience and they told me they had no room for me to park even though there was not one single uhaul in their parking lot. I then had to call customer service and wait on hold for a while to organize a new drop off location. The new location (J&P) was very easy and the staff knew what they were doing. From the moment I got my uhaul to the moment i dropped it off, my experience was not great at all. Makes me not want to deal with uhaul in the future…

Not overly happy to begiin with. Booked a few days in advance for a Saturday morning pick up. For the second time with using uhaul no truck was available for me. Wasn't even submitted for a reservation after speaking to uhual agent. Had to call twice and got redirected multile time just to get the truck I had already pre ordered

I filled up the truck right around the corner from the drop off site and then was charged $45 for 20L of gas on a truck. Will never use uhaul again.

If you need a U-Haul location then this should be your #1 choice. The dealer was extremely friendly and helpful. The truck I needed arrived after closing but to my delight the dealer reopened the store for me and happily sent me on my way. I had a tight schedule the next day and I can't tell you how delighted I was. The return was 2 minutes long and just as satisfying. I won't use anyone else but J& P now. Thank you for an exceptional experience. NK.

Cargo van I rented was dirty inside and it smelled very bad like someone transpoted manure in it before me. I gave high rating to location because persons attending were very nice and customer friendly

The person at the location was very upset when I wouldn't park the truck where he asked, despite there being other trucks parked where I stopped.

I used u haul many times over the years, and I find their equipment are well maintained and your web site is user friendly. With the cost of inflation going up it's hard to believe renting a truck to go 250 kms approx would cost $420. I need to find other means of moving my equipment or just hire a company.

Check in process was done wrong, and I wasn't even given a contract with the uhaul or any paper work. I was told that I needed to make sure I tracked the kms and fuel, since they messed up (so I did). I was also given the wrong truck and it was not cleaned, or even ready for me to move it (it was backed up and wedged between other cars). I was charged for fuel when the truck was CLEARLY refilled. Pictures and proof to show it. Terrible experience.

They charged us for an extra day and said we dropped it off hours after we did. Also said we didn't have the gas the same at drop off and as pickup and charged us over $30 for it. Horrible! I called customer service for my money back as that's a total rip off.

Truck was disgusting ketchup packets popped everywhere.. the gentlemen came and tidied it made it right but it probably shouldn’t have been returned/left like that

Terrible location to try to pull a truck out of and make a left turn at. Weird intersection. This wasn't the location I originally wanted and had selected another one but it was listed as a "preference" except I wasn't notified of that so I had to go through this stupid rigmarole to figure out where to pickup my truck and had to go to the exact location I was trying to avoid.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was stuck in the snow and the gentleman got me unstuck and on my way. There was no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle. I was unable to clean the windshield for the duration of my rental.
