Cinthia DWe were notified that our reserved truck was not not available as we were driving to pick it up and told we'd have to drive 45 miles (one way) up a mountain road to another town to pick one up when they had 8+ on their lot that we were told were for in town rental only. Ridiculous. We will never use your company again and will warn others.

Omar MThe truck had trash in it and the gas had been stolen. The young attendant was friendly but not very knowledgeable. He told us to take it on empty and return it on empty,which is what we did We were then charged 83 dollars for gas. Extremely unsatisfied.
