Steven was awesome. He personally delivered the trailer to the pick up location early for me. Great guy and I will definitely be using this location in the future

flor cThe truck itself was fine. Getting the truck was a total nightmare even though I had gone in to the store the day before to confirm everything. I was supposed to be able to pick the truck up at 9am. Didn't get it until after 10am. The website that the link sent me to couldn't locate my phone (yes location was on), called the number and was told it would be a 15 minute wait, no one ever answered, tried sending the link to my daughter's phone, after 3 tries it finally located her and sent a code to unlock a key box so we could get the key to the truck, opened the box and guess what, no key. When the store opened at 10am I went in and told the clerk what was going on and she found my key laying on the counter. Yay!! Now we are an hour behind on everything.
Bobbi DNot for a long distance move. We were first rented a truck that sounded terrible and was smoking just pulling out of the parking lot. It was a one way trip and figured they wanted to rid themselves of that truck but we knew it would not make. We traded it in for a different truck. That one started having problems. We had to drive very slow in bad weather to make it to our destination on Christmas Eve. Not the best situation. The truck leaked on our stuff and it had to be towed to turn it in.

David GFirst of all it’s probably a good idea to to get a representative to check the truck out before your customers arrive because the unit I rented was misrepresented on mileage and fuel but I only caught the fuel part at the time of pick up and the point of return I was hit for 65 miles of usage when I only used it for 22 miles and when mentioned it to the clerk she just said you need to dispute it with I haul not us and I have pictures to back my story up because of the fuel issue so I can please have someone contact me that would be great.TY AG

Vikram SWater leaked through the roof of our U-Haul truck and soak my expensive mattress. The people at the location were excellent and this is by no means a reflection on them but I was totally dissatisfied with the fact that my mattress was soaked as a truck was sitting still on my driveway overnight.

Which begs the question, what is the point of reserving something if you or may not be able to get it? And to just get a response of "well that's just how it works." well gee thanks. Just a stupid set up.

Jesse MPlease clean the equipment before handling it to the customer. My rental smelled like if they carried farm animals inside of it. Other than that it was ok. But I've-got to say that I ve got stopped by another Uhall worker on the road arguing that my rental was not supposed to be on the road when he asked me for my contract we noticed that the number of my rental was not the same number as my contract he said he would correct it and that was it.
