We went and forgot our receiver and ball. This location did not have one and to go get one and come back. The electrical connection came undone sometime on the way so there were no lights on the trailer. The u-haul in El Paso quickly fixed the problem with a new harness. I have used U-Haul a great deal through the years and always great service.

Erminia JLocation is closed on weekends and truck was dropped off on Saturday, May 21, 2022 with key placed in drop box. Security cameras will prove this fact. I received a receipt via email reflecting tuck being dropped off on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 11am and a $40 added late drop off charge. I was purposely overcharged and after calling to inquire I was introduced to a complete lack of professionalism. The Uhaul representative at this location refused to admit her mistake and told me to take it up with Uhaul by calling the 1-800 number. Uhaul's brand is not being represented appropriately at this location.
Shawn JRenting was easy of course because they are taking your money. The UHaul was returned 24 hours early, full tank and clean. So, imagine my surprise when the UHaul facility in Carlsbad, NM, called my wife Sunday morning at 7:30AM looking for the truck!!! She was in Houston! He gave her a number to call him back and the number did not work so I had to call the 1(800) UHaul to make sure the truck had not been stolen. Too much stress for doing all the right things. Never again!

Angela ERight center marker light went out on the trailer. On the equipment check in there was a section for if anything needs fixed, but no comment box as to what needs fixed so I could relay the issue.

Jennifer GI ordered furniture blankets for the move and when I arrived they didn't have any. It would have been nice to let us know so we could have made other arrangements to pick up moving blankets prior to the move. I was refunded, which was fine.
JULIE CThe U-Haul truck leaked all over us while we were driving through the rain. I had to put a blanket behind me because it was wetting my back all the way down to my butt the same on the passenger side. It was the worst experience ever.
CATHERINE KYour after hours pick-up program is EXTREMELY intensive! Ridiculously complicated, and time consuming. I was over charged, mislead, and treated poorly.
