Not drop off locations fault but had additional charges at drop off that where not correct

The only way to rent at this site is via the app. There isn't a live attendant to help with anything. The workers inside J&M Bar B Que were kind and tried to be helpful. The owner who rents U-Haul trucks was not on site. As cell service is very sketchy and goes in and out at the location (yes, we tried 2 different cell phone carriers through our phones), it was extremely challenging to complete anything online. When able to get cell service, the app would reset and you'd have to start over. I wasted 1 hour and 10 minutes trying to deal with this. Getting someone on the phone with U-Haul was an additional nightmare waiting for their assistance just to be hung on. I realize these are U-Haul problems not the location. If you need to use this location, get all the necessary codes and such prior to arriving there as you have to wait on cell coverage that appears to black out regardless of internet provider.

The equipment I ordered and was billed for (utility hand truck, furniture dolly and furniture blankets) was not in the truck. Three boxes of boxes, that I did not order or need, were in the truck. This was a problem. I had to find equipment elsewhere to move the heavy furniture.

The owner of this location, Jarvis, was very responsive and helpful with the pickup. Found him to be very friendly and likable as well. Was very comfortable in doing business with him and would not hesitate to get u-haul truck from his business again.
