The woman at the desk at J&M was rude and had a lot of attitude when we explained that we did not know that we had to do a self-return at the facility. It was as if she expected us to already know how the process worked when no one had explained it to us.

This location didn't bother checking to make sure I had all the equipment I ordered for my truck. I had to ask for the hand truck, and the moving blankets were never in the truck (as I'd ordered).

I had rented furniture pads and utility dolly and it was never provided which was not helpful and also payed for it as well

The checkout process online was horrible. I was prompted to take photos of the vehicle and submit them, but the site was buggy and I wasn't able to. If the location wasn't open I wouldn't have been able to properly turn in my U-Haul. Please fix the website!

There was no one around to help. Truck was empty with gas and I was not allowed to submit photos. Truck also had gas leak that we discovered when putting in more gas. I have not been contacted about being reimbursed for the gas or the inconvenience.

Don't bother asking to upload DL when you book if you have to do it again when you get there - what is the point of that?

The smart phone rental is complicated. I also had to go inside the business to get the key which defeats the purpose of no contact rental.

There was not even a spot where we could return the trick. We had to leave it in front of the garage door but that was scarying. The location is very dirty and absolutely no information is given on how to proceed.
