JOSEPH JOnly difficulty was full parking area upon after - hours return of trailer, could not turn trailer around. There appears to be sufficient area at the back of the property to construct a turn - around circle.

Roger BThe link did not work that I needed to verify before I left the facility. The tank was only 1/2 way full. That's how I returned it. You charged me for 2 additional gallons of gas at $12. So frustrated.

Willis RMy original location to pick up my rental was in Sturgis South Dakota. The day I was leaving I got a call saying my rental was no longer available. They told me the closest rental was in Nebraska. If you ask me that is terrible customer service. Not accommodating at all. I will do everything in my power to not have to use U-Haul again. I had to do calling around myself in order to find a U-Haul dealer to find a rental I needed
Chip BTruck was filthy - smokers had used the truck before us and left butts tucked under the seat and in the ashtrays. A used covid mask was in the glove compartment. The floor of the truck cab was muddy. Was not informed of a 15 minute window for rental so checkout was very difficult. I was charged for cleaning as I was honest about the condition of the truck when leaving the truck (a mistake)

JOSEPH PTruck cab was dirty and the fuel was under a 1/4 tank. The renter should not have to put fuel in the truck when they pick it up.
Joshua Stook an hour to pick pu truck. no one in office. I had trouble with website. took me 5 calls to get keys.
Gene HOwner was accomodating and very easy to work with. I showed up early and he came from home to take care of me and get me on my way.
BRETT SFriendly and courteous owner helped hitch me up in the early morning hours of Sunday. Very helpful and he offered safety tips and instructions for removing the trailer for later that evening.
