Given the time of year, and the snow on the ground the front tires should have been replaced. Their had zero tread.

Stephen BThe reservation was made over a week prior to pick up at a satellite location 12 minutes from my location.The day before pickup uhaul calls to tell me there is no truck at that location. I had to drive 45 minutes at my cost just to pick up the truck and then another 45 back to my location again at my cost and loss of time. Horrible customer service. Certainly benefits Uhaul's business model to have the customer facilitate pickup at their own time and cost from some distant location because Uhaul doesnt care.
Thomas WMake sure your equipment is road worthy on pickup. No flat tires. 30 minutes to wait for the tire to be blown up. Plus make sure your staff knows how to hook up the trailer hitch. So when your driving the trailer doesn't come off like it did on me. Lucky no one was hurt or damage to my vehicle.
