Valencia JacksonComputer was down about 35 minutes UHAUL's employee didn't communicate this…or much else…for probably the first 15-20 minutes. We just stood there at the counter as he barely spoke. Someone came in behind us and waited about 10 minutes and he never said a word to her or updated her so she walked out. Pretty poor performance on his part
Joe TizolThere was trash left in the truck. The UHaul app took over an hour to try to do the pick up and then the reservation canceled. We had to reserve again and if it wasn't for the great customer service in Manchester NH I don't think i would of been able to rent a truck to move.

Nils JohnsonThe truck roof leaked and destroyed some of my contents. The dealer was great to work with and apparently the truck had recently come the Manchester NH center so the dealer was not aware of the leak. It didn't seem to be an issue until the truck was driven in the rain

Mindy MckeeverThere was not much gas in the U-haul box truck and every time I stopped the engine, it would not start back up. I had to actually buy jumper cables and had to jump it at least six times. Also, it would have been nice if a dolly had been included with the truck to help move large pieces.

He immediately informed me that the U-Haul software was not functioning properly and he apologized for the consequent delay in processing my pickup that he had no control over. U-Haul Corporate needs to invest in its IT and improve its software that their retail outlets need to use to service their customers.
