Easy pick up and the business was very according to me

Michael RI reserved a 5x8 enclosed trailer from Blue Ridge Tire and Brake in Jefferson, NC on April 15th for an April 23rd pick up. When I arrived to pick it up, the woman said they don't rent uhauls and suggested I was in the wrong place. I went to another Uhaul location at Express Auto Care less than a mile away. There, I spoke with Justin who confirmed that I did not have a reservation with his location. I called back to Blue Ridge and spoke with the same woman. I asked to speak with Chris (the name of the person I originally made my reservation). She confirmed he works there and then admitted that they no longer work with Uhaul. I asked when did this happen, and she said about a week ago. Fortunately, Justin at Express Auto Care, was able to accommodate my need for a trailer. He made a frustrating situation go away and was very nice.

Joshua MDon't allow for reservations of vehicles that will not be present. The staff at this location, and the location I was originally reserved to pick up from, were great. Went above to find similar equipment. I reserved a cargo van at one location, then had to go to another to get a 10ft box truck. I did not want a box truck, otherwise I would have reserved one. I took a day off work, and was left to the whims of U-Haul and things I had to get done. I was pleased with the staff, not with U-Haul or their scheduling system. U-Haul locations-Outstanding. U-Haul scheduling/tech/corporate- Lacking.

Charles BThe office was far from the lot with no signage, very hard to find. They provided no help or jack to remove the trailer from my truck.
