I arranged everything online prior to our arrival, but it still took 30+ minutes to get the truck. We were trying to beat the heat of the day, and the delay was unwelcome. I've used the online feature before, and it took maybe 10 minutes. There was only one clerk, and he was running his gas station at the same time, so in addition to taking my information again that had already been provided, he would leave our transaction to take care of customers coming into the station. He did not have a sense of urgency for any of the transactions, even though we clearly were in a hurry, and were there within minutes of the arranged pick-up time. Very inefficient. Would not recommend.

Mark H.I've been renting Uhauls all my life and I'm now 67. I love the trucks, they are kept up and cleaned, except the 15' footer I rented from James on Jefferson St., which was filthy, run terrible and sounded like it was about to throw a rod or timing chain. The check-out process was normal and took about 15 minutes. The check-in (return after hours) was a nightmare, and unacceptable. Both times took me about 2 hours to get a support rep to corroborate my info. The Uhaul check-in after hours doesn't work. Firstly, each location needs a free Wi-Fi to make sure there is adequate communication between the parties. Secondly, there should be a backup “send picture file option†just in case the scan method doesn't work, because the camera/scan doesn't work. In the second check-in last night the app wanted me to run back and forth up the hill to take picture of the odometer I had just sent one in! Not only was I miserably sore and tired from moving all day, I had to return the truck to what seemed like a 1/4 mile dark in a spooky grassy area with no streetlights. In fact after last nights fail return twice in a row I will check truck rental prices around town as well as ease of returns before I choose Uhaul. Other than that, thank you very much. After two weeks of packing and moving into a new home, I at 67yo with microcystic anemia successfully pulled it off by myself.

When I went inside the Owner got in my face and started cussing at me and refused to rent me the truck. 6 am on a Saturday I didn't have any other options so I begged and pleaded and apologized to him. Eventually he calmed down and rented me the truck

After having to wait in line about 15 minutes, the clerk told me that they didn't have small trailers, and I would have to go the Jefferson St. location. Not a BIG deal, but it did slow me down!!

The driver side rear of panel was very scraped up some of it was marked however there was a piece of the panel that was torn away from the outer frame And it flapped at times. The app was hard to use at times and wouldn't let me make the changes needed. The woman on the phone was very help though.

Pamela G.I reserved the truck for 24 hours 10am-10am the next day.. When I arrived at 10 he told me that I had to have the truck back by midnight because some else had it reserved for the next day. I argued with him and they told me that I will be charged another day plus late fees if I didn't bring it by 6am (that's when they opened). We had to work though the night after a 7 hr drive to get the truck back in time. The back of the truck was dirty af, so we had to take time to clean that before we put our belongings in the back. I am never coming back here I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would not even wast my time at this location. *Its a family owned business btw* Conoco off of Jefferson street.

Joshua S.After identifying some additional damage to the truck we had to get a jump since the vehicle would not start. Then I had to fill the windshield wiper fluid to find out in my check-in location that the hose was disconnected. Then while driving the trucks for 12 hours was a bit boring since the radio didn't work. Also it seemed to pull to the left will driving on the highway. Probably due to the damage at the front of the truck screwed up the alignment.

Seth M.Clearly describe or discuss with a trailer renter that your equipment is out dated and is not wired with a standard round connection. I was surprised but realized that since your truck are probably wired for this it makes sense. I then asked to buy it, since you know damn near any truck made after 2000 probably has the round plug, I would have one for sale. I had to drive to a car part store, but the adapter and return, making me late for another appointment. Just a thought, require your retailers to keep these in stock for sale.

TERESA L.I couldn't pick up the tongue of the big trailer and the employee wouldn't and couldn't help. Also, required a wiring adapter that they didn't have available. Trailer had been backed into shrubbery, which may have caused damage to the tail light between rentals.
