The lady at the desk was extremely rude. I arrived at 4:55 to return a truck and when I opened the door to this office she was very put off and made sure i knew that she was closing in 5 minutes. Just a really horrible experience. On top of that, the signage at the road was not clear and I had to stop and ask someone where the office was. Will never use this location again.

Truck was ready to go. They started the truck to warm it up and showed me how to work everything. The truck had a full tank of gas. They told only unlead gasoline. They were great and very helpful. Will use again. Thank you

This location is trying to claim I did damage to the truck, which I did not do. There was no walk through done on the truck before I received it. After if was returned they are trying to say I damaged the truck which I did not. My attorney has requested I get documentation showing I signed off on agreeing to the truck being inspected before I took the truck which never happened now they want me to pay for damages.

The truck had not been swept out and had not been serviced. I broke down in Pikeville KY when the transmission stpped pulling and we discovered it was 2 to 3 quarts low of transmission fluid and no leak. Roadside assistance operator and company that came out were fantastic.
