Richard RIt's too bad U haul cannot give credit for extra gas left at drop off. We left at least 1/4 more than when we picked up AND were charged for the 7 miles we went over our 163 allotted miles.
John Cstaff was great, helped resolve my issues by renting me the right equipment for the job. They were friendly and very quick. I will definitely use them again.

Serena RThe truck I rented had lots of cigarette ashes and smelled in the cab so the clothes now smell like cigarettes, otherwise not a bad experience at all. Staff was very friendly ( especially the cat). I would rent from them again when needed.

Beth CI was not happy at all when I paid with cash that was not put in the system and then was charged on my credit card as well and called the location to get my cash back and was lied to (my thoughts she was trying to steal our money) but had to go above her and call corporate just to get our money back. Therefore made my whole experience terrible!

David PThe places I picked up and returned my truck were excellent. No problem. However, the self check-in is horrible and UHaul should be ashamed. We tried several times to upload my drivers license and credit card and got nowhere. It's awful. As I've now discovered this is what many, many users have discovered also. I am a relatively seasoned laptop/app user. This is unaceeptable. And not being able to check in and get a truck delayed our packing/moving by a day. I will never user UHaul again, unless I know this "system" has been vastly improved. Obviously, the people who devised this system have never tried to use it in a real-life situation. In addition, the 15-foot truck I rented had several ports to plug 12 volt whatevers, but not one fo the typical ports to recharge an IPhone, which, I'm pretty sure, is the the widest-used cell/smart phone out there. The truck, however, was fine and the human beings at the two outlets were super. I would like to talk to a UHaul rep. about this. I would advise any would-be users to see a person at the outlet to pick up your truck. The self-serve version is a bad, time-consuming horror story.

Maraliz REverything went really smooth and easy. The only issue I had was when used the wipers they didn't clean the windshield, it was like oily I don't know if it was caused by the windshield washer fluid. The rental was very easy and the truck got better fuel mileage than my pickup.
Randall MKim runs a first class operation. I have rented from here several times this year and each time it's been absolutely wonderful and so easy. Kim, besides being so friendly, is incredibly accommodating and works hard to meet our needs. Merci.
