The management at this location didn't keep their word and hook up my car to the car dolly as "agreed to before I confirmed the transaction!" They had me watch a video on YouTube which I didn't agree to..WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

Check engine light on. Truck made a rattling noise when accelerating. The truck had an odd smell of stale cigarette smoke. Told me to find key in lock box, but there was no key in the lock box had to go inside to get it.

They lock the truck slide and lost their key so that spent more than 30 minutes to cut it out. However when I return the truck 40 minutes later they charge me another day. They are not honest persons actually family. I don't recommend this store.

The man I encountered the night before pickup was dreadful. Every single other person was friendly and helpful. But he was downright rude. I will never set foot in that business again solely because of him.

We didn't need the hand truck, but we had to detach and move it to get everything to fit since we planned to use all of the floor space and the hand truck wasn't in the diagram on the website when I was planning. I'm not sure whether or not we got charged for it, but it felt like a crappy thing to do. "You didn't ask for a hand truck, but you have to pay if you needed to remove it". Jen's furniture was great. I liked being able to pick it up before the business was open. And Jen's Furniture let us extend our rental, which was great.

The place was full stuff. The entry was blocked. We had to move stuff to get in. There was a female employee on her phone on speaker very loud on a personal call. It was pretty disruptive while we were trying to get our paperwork. The driver side mirror of the truck was broken. It would not stay put in place. We couldn't take it on the highway for fear it wouldn't be safe. There was also trash in the cab.

I didn’t like the approach from another employee/customer asking me directly for my keys stating he gets the van next. I dropped it off at 5pm on aug 17 and it wasn’t due until 10pm so how would the customer know? He yelled at me when I said I needed to put it in the drop box as that is how I was supposed to do it with my app. He said go give it to the lady at the counter. So I walked in and she said yes give it to me the. Proceeded to yell across me that he was to get another van and gave him the combo for slot number two for the keys. I was a little put off and handed the keys to her and left, I should have put the keys directly in the drop box like I had thought I should. I don’t know how jens furniture runs her shop but it was a dump. And the yelling at customers across other customer was so unprofessional, even though the van itself was clean and new I could care less when I feel completely uncomfortable in the setting. Sorry Jens but maybe clean your shop and your mouth.

I don't have any issue with this rental location. However, I do have some feedback for U-Haul. My original reservation was with Citadel Self Storage. But the truck was not adequately prepared with the hitch. I had to go to another location.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. I have another move coming up in the near future but I won't be using Uhaul. Uhaul cost me an additional $200 to my movers because I was given the wrong size truck.

I am still not sure what I am being charged for, and what credit card has been charged. I will call during my lunch break tomorrow to clear this up. I was treated like "gold" by the staff at the 800 number at Uhaul.. I thank you for that. I was spoken to with what i perceive as the utmost disrespect by Justin at Jen's furniture. I simply inquired as to which card was charged, and this young man told me almost verbatim that he didn't know what my problem was, that i should just pay my son for what he paid forward and then to "take a chill pill." My family and I work very hard for what we have, and we trust the professionals at Uhaul to help provide us with their valuable service.. The vehicle was very clean, and it was helpful and with what is undoubtedly a very busy time of year, with the University of Cincinnati heading back, but Justin's sarcasm was indeed NOT helpful..

Location and people were great. Easy checkout and return. Truck was old, but maintained. I would not recommend if someone needed to use the vehicle for longer distances. I only needed it for less than 25miles.

The customer service was not good! I ordered a truck that was not available at the location I selected, so it transferred me to another--but not with any of my other preferences, like mobile pick up and time of day.

Maintenance issues with the truck and was told at another location who had to do a contract modification the rental location is known for not having good trucks. Something was wrong with the RR wheel and roadside was RUDE!! I would like a partial refund especially for the extra mileage of going to another location.

Excellent selection of trucks. Truck was clean and the tank was full. I used the 24/7 option and placed the reservation late morning/early afternoon for a same day 6 pm pickup. Unfortunately, the keys for my assigned vehicle were not in the box and the office was closed, even though I got there about 10 minutes before they are supposed to close at 6 pm. All someone had to do was check the reservation before they closed and drop the correct keys in the box. I grabbed another set of keys for a different 10' truck, called the contact number and left a message. Nobody answered or returned my call. Spent 15 minutes on hold with the main U-Haul number to change the reservation to the truck I actually had keys for. Had to spend another 15 minutes on the phone while returning the truck because the website hadn't updated my reservation so my end mileage was reported lower than whatever the mileage was on the actual truck I reserved. The only reason I am not giving this place the worst rating possible is because they have the largest selection of trucks I've seen at a U-Haul location. I hope this was just an isolated instance, but I will not be back.

I believe I was lied to. I was not TOLD I needed $100.deposit.2.i was not told . 69 cent a mile. I was not told I have to wait seven days to receive my $35 dollars that is owed to me... If I get it. I'm out of work no food no gas . What I'm i going to do?

Was unaware of the massive deposit and I left something in the vehicle. When I called the woman yelled that she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me. When I called back a man said he would be there to let me gather my item. I literally turned around and was back 10 minutes later. They closed the store, wouldn’t answer the phone or respond to me knocking on the door. I also went into the store when I dropped the vehicle off and realized I left the item in the truck and nobody was anywhere to be found or ever appeared.
