We didn't need the hand truck, but we had to detach and move it to get everything to fit since we planned to use all of the floor space and the hand truck wasn't in the diagram on the website when I was planning. I'm not sure whether or not we got charged for it, but it felt like a crappy thing to do. "You didn't ask for a hand truck, but you have to pay if you needed to remove it". Jen's furniture was great. I liked being able to pick it up before the business was open. And Jen's Furniture let us extend our rental, which was great.

The place was full stuff. The entry was blocked. We had to move stuff to get in. There was a female employee on her phone on speaker very loud on a personal call. It was pretty disruptive while we were trying to get our paperwork. The driver side mirror of the truck was broken. It would not stay put in place. We couldn't take it on the highway for fear it wouldn't be safe. There was also trash in the cab.

I didn’t like the approach from another employee/customer asking me directly for my keys stating he gets the van next. I dropped it off at 5pm on aug 17 and it wasn’t due until 10pm so how would the customer know? He yelled at me when I said I needed to put it in the drop box as that is how I was supposed to do it with my app. He said go give it to the lady at the counter. So I walked in and she said yes give it to me the. Proceeded to yell across me that he was to get another van and gave him the combo for slot number two for the keys. I was a little put off and handed the keys to her and left, I should have put the keys directly in the drop box like I had thought I should. I don’t know how jens furniture runs her shop but it was a dump. And the yelling at customers across other customer was so unprofessional, even though the van itself was clean and new I could care less when I feel completely uncomfortable in the setting. Sorry Jens but maybe clean your shop and your mouth.

I don't have any issue with this rental location. However, I do have some feedback for U-Haul. My original reservation was with Citadel Self Storage. But the truck was not adequately prepared with the hitch. I had to go to another location.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. I have another move coming up in the near future but I won't be using Uhaul. Uhaul cost me an additional $200 to my movers because I was given the wrong size truck.

I am still not sure what I am being charged for, and what credit card has been charged. I will call during my lunch break tomorrow to clear this up. I was treated like "gold" by the staff at the 800 number at Uhaul.. I thank you for that. I was spoken to with what i perceive as the utmost disrespect by Justin at Jen's furniture. I simply inquired as to which card was charged, and this young man told me almost verbatim that he didn't know what my problem was, that i should just pay my son for what he paid forward and then to "take a chill pill." My family and I work very hard for what we have, and we trust the professionals at Uhaul to help provide us with their valuable service.. The vehicle was very clean, and it was helpful and with what is undoubtedly a very busy time of year, with the University of Cincinnati heading back, but Justin's sarcasm was indeed NOT helpful..
