Owner was 30 minutes late. Otherwise friendly but showing up to work grossly late was a very poor experience.

The U-Haul representative I met here was a scammer. He lied to my face multiple times. Showed up to the location, there was nobody there. I was using the app and had paid for a truck that was parked right in front and the U-Haul rep lied and said the app is messed up. Told me truck on the app was not available even though I saw it outside. Said he’s going to run my credit card through once more and I would not be charged. He double charged me. Ended up having to call U-Haul to request a refund, he said he would take care of it, he didn’t. I was told by him that I would be refunded immediately, but U-Haul customer service said 3 business days. So because of the U-Haul rep, my $200 rental ended up costing $400, money that I needed to move but was now tied up in transfers. Was lied to multiple times by this shady guy. To improve and not make U-Haul look like a vagrant’s business, the representative at Jenvic needs to be fired. Disgraceful.

I had to get my down payment back the person who I guess hold the money at this location wasn’t there so I didn’t get it they took my number down saying they will call me when that person come in and it’s the next day and no call and this place still had my money this so the most unprofessional thing I ever witness from a big company business

They refused to let me do mobile check-in, they have wifi that is slower than dial-up and are completely incompetent. Total check-in process took over 2.5 hours and kept saying that I was late for my reservation when I was actually on time.

The UHaul system was down, it took over 2 hours to pick up my truck, and Jason Brooker had to write a handwritten receipt. There was no furniture dolly at pickup, only utility dolly, and only 3 moving blankets rather than the 12 I had ordered. I have tried calling Uhaul to no avail to be refunded because Jason wasn't able to do it on Saturday due to systems being down. I paid for 12 blankets, 1 furniture dolly, and 1 utility dolly, AND it was 2 hours late. I only received a utility dolly and 3 blankets. Please refund me at least for the things that were not provided that I paid for.

On the day we rented there was a computer problem. I wish to commend Jason for staying calm, explaining to everyone the problem and getting everyone out as fast as possible. This is not a regular U-Haul type location. It is a container office in a driveway next to a pizza shop. The address number on the container would help a lot in locating the office. Jason's handling of the situation was professional, keeping everyone calm. I was impressed with how he inspected the vehicles, swept one out and got everyone on their way. And he was the only one there! Our vehicle was clean, air conditioning worked well, and was excellent condition. Once again Kudos to Jason!
