TOM TThese remarks have nothing to do with Jerry's but to and bout the women I talked to on the phone on Saturday afternoon. She was the one that was making my arrangements so this Is directed directly to her. She told me I could pick yo the car trailer from Jerry's on Saturday and i could just drop it off at the same location on Sunday. Regardless of hoe hard I tried or how many times I told her I could not get it through her thick head that I needed the trailer till mid morning Monday. I must have told her 3- 4 times that me dropping the trailer off on Sunday was not an option.finally I got pissed off and told her she was FUCKING stupid and tha I needed the FUCKING TRAILER till mid day Monday. She told me that was not an option and was being rude ( NO SHIT ) and told me she was canceling my order and hung up. I called Jerry's and that lady was very helpful and I was able to pick up the car trailer that I wanted and was able to deliver my car to the shop to get it fixed NO THANKS TO THE STUPID WOMAN THAT HAD CALLED ME ON SATURDAY. She definitely deserves to bi placed in the unemployment line
TOM TI needed to rent a car trailer and fast, I was in a hurry. The folks here did a great job getting me on my way with the equipment I needed, I appreciate them so much and will rent from here again for sure

ron hThe trailer I rented from uhaul had faulty wiring and caused issues with the electrical in my truck. The truck is currently in the shop being worked on after basically paying uhaul to fry the wiring. Thanks uhaul!!

gayle aImprove your corporate office. The location did a great job, your corporate office not so much. Got two calls saying my truck was not available which caused a lot amount of stress. Fortunately, the location had the truck available. When I called into corporate eventually hung up because I was on hold for so long.

LONNIE MThe facility is an old gas station that is just filthy. The gal that helped us looked like she hadn't bathed in a week nor had her clothes been washed and her hands were covered with grease. She was very nice however the facility nor her appearance represented any type of professionalism. I have rented from U-Haul several times over the years and have never seen a facility or anybody representing U-Haul be dirty like this. The wiper blades on the truck we received were dry and need a changed and it was definitely in need of a wheel alignment. These items were reported to the Great Falls location when we dropped it off.

greg tEveryone at Jerry's was great! They took the time to make sure that my truck was ready and they even changed it out for one they felt was safer. I would highly recommend this location! My experience with this truck was very good also. It was a 2020 model and it included the newest charging port for Apple products which I really appreciated.

DAVID DThey were the people who repaired the truck so that I could empty it, which I did 3 days later and I returned it to them so they could finish the repair.
Lorri BPicking up a trailer took a VERY long time. I rent cars every week and it takes 5 min on average to do that. It took nearly 45 min to pickup this trailer. Not good at all.
jason vSome of the lights on the trailer didn't work We waited 2 hours at for them to fix them. We weren't very happy at all considering we had a schedule to maintain. The staff worked hard to get us on the road and were friendly though.
James SIt would be nice if you could maintain information from previous rentals, rather than having to reinput the information every time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Thomas Gget out of totally online registration and allow more manual type also.some people do not have smart phones to do this type of pick up.
joseph mget rid of all the electronic check in and crap. let the old people do it the old fashion way, not everyone has a smart phone or doesn't understand how to do the check in. the apps on my phone did not work correctly even when the employees tried to do it.
joseph mYour sign in seems odd... asking the customer to use their own cell phone to take a pix of their drivers license. What if the customer (like me) is tech. challenged,,,

Scott EThis location was more that helpful. When they had an issue printing the final contract, instead of having us wait or return, they brought it out to us! The truck was low mileage which was important since we were driving from Montana to Massachusetts.

Jacob NThe guy working that morning was late to work. They were supposed to be open by 0800 and he showed up about 7 minutes late. Then I was apparently blocking his parking spot with my truck, and then he tried to wave me forward through his blacked out tinted windows, when I didn't see him he got out of his vehicle and asked what I was doing?! I told him I was here to pick up a trailer, then he said "I was blocking his parking spot", I said I was sorry I didn't know, "can't you see that's my parking spot!" He said (There was a rundown truck and a handicap sign just down from that, where he parked looked like a walk path!) I told him that I didn't realize this and he said "oh I just thought you were being an asshole." I said I just couldn't see you waiving me forward. So he told me where I could park! Then at about 0812 he opens the shop. Smoking a cigarette he walks inside, shuffling things around and then turns on the open sign. I walk in and he is at the desk still smoking a cigarette! So not only was I being bothered by the smoking but he preceded to explain how he hasn't used this new system and his help that never comes to work befor noon are the ones who usually do the computer work, and tells me this while swearing heavily. Now I'm not going to say I don't swear but In that kind of a work place that shouldn't be happening. And I shouldn't have to stand there and take in second hand smoke while waiting for my paper work to be ready either. So things to improve on: -way better customer service -not smoking when working with customers -not swearing in front of or at the customers -make sure the trailer is cleaned off and ready to be presented to the customer -make sure you're open when your shop is supposed to be -all in all I will not be renting from this place ever again! And had I not needed that trailer that morning I would have just left and found other means of transporting my car!
JACOB TThe truck was dirty inside and out. The wind shield wipers were worn and did not clear rain from the windshield. The front drivers wheel had such a loud squealing noise that I was worried that the wheel bearing was going to give out in my less than 500 mile trip. There was so much play in the steering wheel that it was a chore to keep it between the lines. I have rented before with very good experiences, but this was bad.
susan mJerry's Hiway Service location is definitely the better U-Haul location to rent from. The staff was very helpful and their service is superior to the other larger U-Haul location in Helena.

Brenda WWhen I arrived, the staff was replacing two of the trailer tires with brand new ones. The existing tires weren't worn out, but they wanted to ensure that I wouldn't have any issues during a cross country trip. That's customer service!
Steve WOdd location. Small dirty gas station type setting. Hard to find since the sign was so small and hard to locate. The people were very friendly.
Morgan WWhen you see a long move/drive, reach out to the customer. I would have gladly driven to another location to get a newer truck for such a long drive. I am sure my experience would have been different with a bit more (any) customer service.
