The 24/7 pickup did not work. Had to call customer service to walk me through. Took 40 minutes to get in the truck. Probably would not use this process again.

Very personable. Checked that my mirrors were adjusted for me and showed me how to save fuel with tow haul button. Would definitely rent from here again.

When I arrived at that time there was nobody on the premises and I couldn't just leave and come back because the truck was due back at that time.

shawn LaufferI love that I got a free month of storage from U-Haul but the storage location was different from the drop off location. While I was dropping off the truck there was gunshots 500 yards from the locations. When I left there were police everywhere. I wouldn't recommend using this locations.

Erica BurksI was charged for a rental close to my house in brook park-Parma location. Then the day before pickup, uhaul cslled and said id have to pick up the truck from the Elyria l store and drop it off there. We'll, that was 100 miles out of my way, and I got charged for it. 168 was the estimated, then they added on another 100 dollars for the miles, I'll never do business at uhaul again and Iam telling all my friends their scam.

Savannah RogersMy only objection to this location really has nothing to do with the location itself. I made my reservation online a week or so in advance and picked a pick-up location based upon a 7:00 am pick-up time. I received a call late in the afternoon on Sunday, the day before my scheduled pick-up day informing me that my pick-up location had changed and that I wouldn't be able to pick up until 9:00. That immediately put me two hours behind schedule on Monday. As a result, I did not get to my destination until 3:00 AM Tuesday morning.

He also answered all of my questions without having to ask he to explain it diffrently, so I could understand the answer. He was just as nice when I returned the truck. He took his time and I never once felt that I was being rushed through the whole process. He is an access to your company. If I ever have to move again I would return my business to him.
