The Jet Ski Shop owner was very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I would be very comfortable renting a Uhaul from him and referring friends and family. BTW, love the cargo van! It drives great and though it initially felt huge, rode well in my own lane and borrows are well-appointed.

There was no interaction with people even though they were there avoiding my phone calls. Extra Equipment not available and I wasn't told it wouldn't be available. No communication.

Did some paperwork and was out in 15 minutes. I am very grateful for the level of service as I had a strict time schedule. Recommend them for you transport needs.

This is also a repair shop and it seems that the place is close unless one comes around the store to get someone to open the door for business. Otherwise the pickup and drop off of the truck went well.

Juliet TaylorNot having a person on-site and having U-Hauls system out of order created many issues for us. I would NEVER recommend anyone using a remote site. It caused us to use an entire hour of our rental just to get the truck due to system issues. Waste of time.

I said, I knew about the blankets and was going tockeave them untouched. I explained I reserved it and had already paid. He was very rude and told me I was lucky that Uhaul let me rent the truck and wanted the blankets back.

Juan CorredorSelling us on saving time using your mobile app is really misleading. Spent 40 minutes trying to get app to work, misleading about where the lock box is located, and then add another 40 minutes to check in the vehicle. I will continue using U-Haul, just not your mobile app.

ASHLIE FITZGERALDReturn self checkin was difficult for me. You wanted five fotos. I took about thirty to satisfy your needs. The odometer reading was difficult to capture. I input it manually also, A choice to only manually input mileage and gas would have served me better. Also, to aid in the picture taking, you instructed me (I think) to turn on the truck. Did you mean lights on, engine on, or both. I finally did both, That drained some of the gas I had loaded.
