24/7 feature has a lot of draw backs. Took more than a half hour to get the vehicle due the unmentioned hurdles. An additional 60 miles added to the vehicle. Because short of the fine print I was not made aware that the vehicle was to be dropped off at the pick up location and not the nearest branch to my final destination. The rigidity of the customer service representative when made aware of the misunderstanding.

Honestly they were great. But I got confused on my pick up place and went to the one on Wabash and the lady there was trying to send me to Brazil for my pick up.

The only contact I had with personnel was via phone, this location is extremely small and just did have enough room to park the truck

The inside floor mat was slippery and I am not sure if it was just because it was a new vehicle - but looked like it may have been armor all. This caused for a little difficulty with keeping the foot in position on the brakes and gas. I took paper towels and wipes most of it off and was much easier and less slippery. Otherwise pleasant customer service and great vehicle! Smooth trip in less than 5 hours. Thank you!

The gentleman running the place was extremely helpful. The light hookup wasn’t working on our vehicle. Instead of making us cancel & unhook the trailer, he spent the time to find the issue which turned out to be TWO blown fuses. The panel wasn’t in an obvious location but he spent the time looking online and then at our car.

I rented a tow dolly. The ratchet mechanisms on the tire straps were a bit rusty and somewhat difficult to use. Not a big deal but a few drops of oil would help tremendously. Jim was a pleasure to work with.

Had issues with the computer equipment getting contracts out both on some tablet and pc. Not sure if user issue or actual system problem but I was scheduled for 10a and took almost 2 hours to get everything done so I could leave. Then told truck 1/8 tank but they gave allowance, thanks but how far you going on 1/8 tank in a 26’ truck that gets maybe 8 miles a gal?

Jim White rescued me on I-70 when I had a stupid moment and didn't tighten my hitch enough. Friendly and extremely helpful. Taking my car hauler to him was a no brainer. It has a lot of vehicles on a small lot but they seem to work it out well.

Furniture dolly wasn't there after email confirmed it would be. Pickup couldn't confirm the 10 dollars was removed from my bill drop off place asks for fornutire dolly, I explain, and am told to contact them for 10 dollars refund. Had to use roadside assistance. As truck was an absolute POS. I just bought my first house. I won't be needing uhaul again for moving for a while. When and if I do, uhaul can piss off

Very dirty the guy was dirty couldn’t understand him took 20 minutes even though I already filled out everything online then took 5 minutes to get key out of box. When returned the box would open and he didn’t give us a pad lock to lock the dolly up so had to leave it as it was in the back of the truck. Will not be renting from here ever again. Horrible place.
