Battery terminals on truck were not tightened. Truck died in the middle of my move for 2 hours until I figured it out. Roadside assistance was useless. Truck had dried mud everywhere inside.

DENNIS NEHIDam U-Haul truck I traveled 37 miles drove under 40 mph 20-35 mph most of it. Then I go put Gas in it: HOW MUCH 7,5 GALLONS!!!! This is BullShit!!!!!
James AndertWe had a truck situation because the system reserved our truck at the wrong location. We attempted to schedule an after hours pickup via phone because we would be arriving after normal pickup hours were over. We showed up to the site and I walked up to the truck to begin the process of beginning the mobile check in. The store clerk came out and told my wife (who was in our car still) that they were clearly still open even though their doors were locked and open sign was turned off. My wife then attempted to get my attention and the clerk looked at my wife and said "alright, fuck you bitch" for some reason we are unaware of. She was extremely unprofessional and rude to us and managed to make our day that much more stressful. Will never rent from here again and warn others of this specific site.

The exceptional customer service I receved at this location was an added comfort to an already tumultuous situation. They were welcoming and attempted to assist me with adjusting my drop off location. Its unfortunate the drop off location 2 miles from my home wasn't an option. U haul could have changed that but they didnt. Very poor service from U haul, not Jims Apohlstery

Wayne BrownThis location is in an area of spotty cell service and I made several attempts to check the trailer in on the web check in service. I had tried the door and it was locked, luckily there was someone there who was willing to help and he called the u haul person to help walk him through the check in process. Overall it took way to long to check in but the people were great.

I called the number on the afterhours check in and went over the things that had happened on the trip to Caldwell Id. and left the unit keys in the slot . I hope that when making appointments for check in someone is there to accept units.
