Easy to drop off but no one to talk to.

Driveway was pure mud, trailer was muddy. Dolly was old and rusted whatever you put on it was brown from the rust.

online I ordered and paid for 12 packing blankets and a furniture dolly. The location I rented from had neither but charge me for both and said that they were unable to credit me the difference so I paid to rent products and did not receive them. I feel like I was robbed.

Just read the contract so you don't get unexpected charges. I never had this problem but heard of people saying they were billed for extra time. Understand what time you need to have the equipment returned. I like renting the equipment for how little I use it than to get a trailer and plates.

Hello, The equipment was very good. Unfortunately I was charged for moving blankets that were not available ($10) and 76 miles over what I actually put on the vehicle ($75,24). I submitted comments when the invoice was made available by email but I have not seen anything back. Please advise, Thank you

My equipment didn't get checked in until the day after I returned it. The guy in the office didn't ask for any information from me when I dropped it off, just sent me on my way.

The uhaul was in a muddy mess when picked up. The check engine light was on from the very start and the air conditioner did not work
