Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul.

Luther TThe guy was very hard to understand & was complaining how hard he was having to work. He made me take all the blankets out of the truck (all 36 of them) & carry them into the building. I have never been asked to do that before. We were exhausted after driving 3,5 hrs & unloading a 26' truck!!!! I will never use this drop off location again.

Kathleen MLocation was open, but the UHaul office was not. I had to disconnect trailer myself and there was no one to verify state of trailer when I dropped it off. If UHaul office has different hours than the location itself, that should be indicated on your website
Garth YI don't think it can be improved. JJ is beyond help. I would drop him and find someone else to cover this area
bryan nJJ was completely incompetent and neither myself or the uhaul customer service agent could understand him. He did not understand how to use his uhaul app, and he either refused to listen or was unable to understand the instructions given to him by the uhaul agent.
BRYAN NI did not drop the truck off that this location.
Austin SThe only issue that I had was when the truck got up to 35-40 mph, it started shaking. Not sure if something was wrong or if that's just how the trucks do.

James BThe lady acted like she didn't want to rent the equipment to us due to she kept saying there was something wrong with them when they are hooked up and I told her that I would let my husband hook it up and see what the problem was. Everything was fine with it. I couldn't understand a lot of what she was saying

Allyssa MPerson spoke with broken English, hard to understand. Did not help with hooking up the trailer or have anything thing to assist with lifting the drawbar trailer onto the ball hitch receiver had to manually lift my self.
