Tadele LEnsure truck is clean and breaks are safe. Had to pump breaks and push all the way down to the floor to come to complete stop. Dollie was not secured.

Samuel RI reserved the truck a few weeks ahead of time. I would have preferred to pick up the vehicle at the location closer to my home near Penndel PA. It was a 25 minute drive to the pickup location.

serge kI was charged for an extra day because the guy behind the counter let it sit for several hours and didnt check me out in time. Also there are no signs or places to park the truck. Absolutely terrible.
bill gNo signage visible from street to indicate U-Haul location. 10am reservation, was informed that owner was only one who could do this and would not be back until 10:45. Reserved 3 dozen furniture pads and those were also not available, had to go to an alternate U-Haul location to get pads. Owner was not unpleasant, but the delays and missing equipment got me off to a bad start on moving day. Would recommend maintaining hours as indicated and adding signage to direct customers to back of building where pickup location is, also to ensure all material on reservation is available for pickup at indicated time. Truck was acceptable and worked fine for the four days I had it.

Jeffrey LThe employee at JK Autocare was attentive and efficient. He made the rental quick and easy. As for the 9' van rental, it was new, nicely equipped, and had plenty of room for moving furniture. The only issue I had was the strong smell of a cheap cigar in the vans interior. It was so bad I had trouble getting someone to ride with me to our destination. Other than this issue, I would recommend this location and would return here for future rentals.

mike jInterior of truck not real clean (found pieces of broken glass on floor), inside of windows (especially windshield) dirty, left mirror loose (kept having to readjust), left headlight severely out of alignment (shining up in trees, seriously), left rear tire had a slow leak (had to add air twice a day), multiple loose screws inside box (I assume from the previous customer).

Please improve web and mobile app user experience, speed of response, real-time awareness of inventory and ability to quickly finalize a reservation. Merci.
LOUIS KOverpriced. 89c per gallon nobody charge, only here. 4 hours rent was cost me $ 107 dollars!!! Totally fuck up.
Joseph Pmy initial confirmation was for a pick at location in Feasterville. Upon arrival I was informed that my pick up location would be Bristol, at 1:00 PM. I had a 7:00 pick up in Feasterville. How can this be? I was not informed. I was then told I could pick up at Sandmeyer, Upon arrival and using the app to check out vehicle, the keys were not where I was informed. I called the number indicated, and you know what....never got a call back! I finally found the keys elsewhere in the cab. The smell inside the cab was horrible. I am not a smoker and the cab smelled like a n old ashtray. It was not fun driving 600 miles with windows open in December! Absolutely horrible
Scott HMy truck was not there for me and no other truck was available (on my moving day, with hired hands waiting, and boxes waiting to be packed) and no one called to warn me of this. I lost 3 hours trying to resolve this because no one at the UHaul store would assist, and it took several calls to the main number to finally get help. They finally sent me far away to get a truck, since no local trucks were available, so I had to pay a lot of extra money in gas. It was horrible, and I want to speak with someone about the trouble this caused me. Also, because I was put so far behind with my move due to this issue, I did not have time to calculate the gas I should put in the truck. I filled the tank, $70 worth of gas, and only used 1/3 of what I needed. This was the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaull.
Eve THey put a 30 day hold on the payment for some odd reason. 30 days after I rented the truck they took the payment out of my account which I was unaware of and that sent my back account in the negative.
Fred MThis survey is not towards the 10065 Sandmeyer location, it is directed to the Bristol location where my reservation was placed. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with any company!! First, when my reservation was rescheduled your attendant changed the time from 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM. Then on the day of my pickup I was informed that the Bristol location could not honor the 5:30 PM reservation, and did NOTHING to help me! I called back, and a woman named Zikeya said should would be able to accommodate my original 5:30 reservation, but failed to tell me that she moved the reservation to Philadelphia - 25 miles away!!! I called and requested that the truck is sent to Bristol, where my reservation was made and they simply said there was nothing they could do. In the end I had to go to Philadelphia, which cost and additional $37 in gas. I would like a phone call from someone in your corporate headquarters to make this right. 215-901-0784.
Joseph MIt wasn't their fault but our reservation was changed from Street Road in Bensalem to them (20 minutes away) and my reservation was at 7 and it was moved to 10 the night before. Very frustrating.
Samantha EMy rental experience with U-Haul was an unbelievable Horror from the moment of pickup. Out of concern for the timely arrival of professional movers, I had made it a point to pay for the rental in advance, online, to save time, as advised by U-Haul. Upon arrival at the pickup location at the confirmed time of 8am we found no one in the office. We called the number on the door and was advise by the individual on the other end of the line, that he did not open until 9:30am. In that we had hired movers to help us with the packing, we were anxious to get back home, which was a half hour drive from this pickup point. I expressed my being upset that we had a confirmed time for pick up of 8am as well as payment made in advance, as well as movers due to arrive at our home at 9am. The owner agreed to meet us as soon as he could. We were now a half hour into the rental time. He then proceeds to use his lap top computer saying nothing and then started asking questions. I gave him the order number and expressed that we had paid in advance and were anxious to get going. I asked if the 100 blankets that I ordered and paid for in advance, were in the truck. He looked at me and said, no, he only had 11 blankets and they weren't yet in the truck. I am now truly upset--- We are late for the movers ($130/hour). The fellow is taking forever playing with his computer We have only 11 blankets rather than the 100 confirmed and paid for. The fellow tells us that we can travel further down the Boulevard to another U-Haul rental site to get more blankets. I am now very upset, literally shaking, and leave the premises before the transaction is completed as I needed to get home to meet with the movers. My husband, the designated driver, stayed to complete the transaction. Once completed he was not about to travel the Boulevard with a 26ft moving truck trying to locate another U-Haul site, so, he drove straight home with 11 blankets. Now, an hour and a half past our confirmed pick up time and without sufficient blankets, I called U-Haul customer service in an attempt to locate enough blankets to complete our move. Customer service advised me that I could find 100 blankets at a location 20 minutes from us. I asked if I needed anything or will they know who I am and I can just get the blankets. She said I only needed my order number. I race off to the U-Haul site to pick up the all ready paid for blankets as time was being wasted with the $130/hour movers. I get to the U-Haul rental site and identify myself and share that a U-Haul Customer Service Representative sent me there to pick up the 100 blankets already paid for and not delivered at the first site. The young gentleman looked at me with a confused expression and said he only had 11 blankets. At this point, I was beside myself with total frustration and amazement that this could be so. I had done everything I could to insure that I would be
Thomas GI returned this truck to the exact location and after numerous times tried with no success to park it in the same spot that it was when I picked it up. I was forced to park it in the street. And now on my bill I am being charged for returning the truck at 9:00 pm. When I arrived way before that time. So now I am being charged ! extra day with insurance. I reached out to the location and they have not responded. This is not acceptable. I am a very good customer as you can see with my past rentals. My number is 215-801-9378. Merci.
