Make check in process smoother. I didn't know I had to have another person verify me... luckily she was with me and by the phone. If she wasn't, I'd have to wait and waste more time verifying before I can drive off with the rental. Overall, everything else went great and smoothlyLukasz D.

Everything was great with rental and the pick up facility. However, the uhaul app is complete garbage. It took way to long to check in thru the app. It kept freezing and making me restart my session. It was also less than 20 degrees out and freezing during all of this. The app was even worth when it was time to return. Again the app kept freezing after every picture taken. I decided to quit trying via the app and I just parked the car and put the key in the drop box without doing the final check in via the app.Michael S.

I was informed that I was expected to fold the pads for return and had to climb into the truck and take time doing this. This expectation should be clearly communicated. He also said my double charge for pads would be taken care of but I have not been notified.THOMAS P.
It took me 35-45 minutes to pick up the truck due to IT problems where your system would not release the truck assigned to me that was sitting in the parking lot.Joseph M.

Let customers know ahead of time the furniture pads will be in the back of the truck and o or charge for bags that are opened and actually used. I estimated 4 dozen but only needed 2 dozen.Laura D.
