William FInitially we were given the wrong trailer. Had to drive 35 minutes back to town, to get the trailer we paid for. Then to drive it 35 minutes back home. Thankfully when we got home with the wrong trailer, we were still able to catch them on the phone to go and pick up the right one. Workers apologized and were nice about it. Not bad service but not great.

Cheryl KI tried to check the truck out through truck share before they opened. There was not a strong enough signal to complete the process without timing out. I have Verizon and have never had issues having service. During this process, they opened, but still an hour before their google pick up hours. I asked it they could help me and they said if they did, they would need to charge me for an extra day. I called the 24 hour truck share line and all they could do is tell me what to do on the screen and I couldn't get anywhere without internet. We got to a point of uploading the drivers photo and license and then couldn't get any further. When I called, they said I had to start the process over because it timed out. Finally after trying it for around an hour, I went in and told them to charge for for an extra day. Funny, the picture of the driver and license was already in their system then. Then, they got the two wheel carts and fabric covers and told me they didn't have the furniture dolly I reserved. None of that was in the truck yet, so I am not sure how I was supposed to be able to pick it up before they opened? They said they would credit me for the furnitire dolly, which they didn't and I didn't notice until I dropped it off and they asked me where it was. Luckily, apparently not having a furniture dolly is common, so the drop off place didn't give me a hard time for not having one. I need a credit for that. And, this was move one of two and I will not be recommending Uhaul or using them again.

Robert GI have had multiple issues with this location. The first one being our last rental of a car dolly ending in baseless accusations of us lying about information given, when we weren't, and being yelled at to get out and a scene made, when we tried to sort out the accusations and give them the information that they were requesting. We ended up going to a different location 30 miles away because of them for that rental. Today I was greated by a woman, one of the owners, who was obviously under the influence of something, I'm assuming marijuana, and could barley function enough to understand my simple request to drop off the trailer. I ultimately was helped by another guy who was much more helpful. I was just happy to be out of there because they clearly didn't know what they were doing in there. I will rent form uhaul again, but I will not rent from this location. It is very poorly managed and I would strongly recommend that uhaul questions whether they want to be associated with such a poorly managed establishment.
Chase KReturn location was listed in another state 4 hrs away when there was a UHaul location 20 miles away. However, Employee gave us the UHaul phone number and the problem was easily taken care of.

Kyle VVehicle was fine but someone had smoked heavily while using vehicle prior making it unpleasant for at least one day. Not sure how much they could have controlled this.

JOHN KNo blanket for rent or sale Trailer was filthy on the outside. Looked like it had been off roading! Chains and hitch were greasy No tough jack. Heavy when trailer is empty and impossible when loaded. The counter guy said that they (Cheapo Depot) were just a parking lot for Uhaul. I guess to say there is not service included in my $700 expenditure.

jeremiah SI opted for a self service return. The location would not update in the online link. It said I would be contacted by customer service. My "contact" consisted of a bill for a late return which was not true. My due time was 9:30 a.m, and the trailer was returned at 7:45 a.m. i have time and date stamped photos to prove the return was done correctly. I tried contacting through the email link, and that email was not valid. My other email to customer service was also ignored. I will NEVER use Uhaul again if I should ever need to rent a trailer based on the poor experience I had for the return process. If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 star rating, I certainly would consider that an accurate review. I will also NOT recommend this company to anyone else ever. It was horrid.

Ralph KThe only issues we had was removing the key from the ignition, and checking the Uhaul in and out from my phone. But the man who helped me was wonderful with checking out.

jacob mI would recommend that you figure stuff out I reserved for Saturday called me to pick up fri because location was closed Saturday. They sent me to location that was not open so sent me to another they would not hook up trailer because not vehicle I was driving it back in which I told the lady when she called to change location. So was sent to another location that I could pick up on Saturday. The location I picked up on Saturday was extremely rude to us. I was not impressed with this whole experience.
