Patricia Zielinski1. Took too long to register! I got there a few minutes before start time and left 20 minutes later. Couldn't you take down more info prior to date, like drivers info? Or, let people know in advance exactly what needs to be done and advise them to get there early? 2. Side view mirrors really hard to move to new position. We could move them and then they'd snap back to former position. This seems reckless on your part. Side view mirrors are so important you really ought to make it very clear how to place them in correct position. I googled it but that added to the time it took to leave. 3. Tolls: I have Ez pass and could have brought with me but didn't because there was nothing that advised me to do so. Why not? I better not be overcharged for tolls due to your lack of info. 4. Emergency lights: I didn't see any. They would have been helpful on South Broad Street, Philadelphia. 5. Drop off: again, took longer than I thought because there is not enough info in advance. I would have appreciated a simple bullet pointed list for both pick up and drop off.

Joe ConnorsThis is the 2nd or 3rd time the app couldn't find my location when I returned the vehicle. The app had permission to find my location. This caused anxiety on my part. I moved forward w the return, and the app allowed me to return it even though it couldn't determine my location. While that's good, I had no idea that I would be able to move forward with the return. It would be good if at some point after the app fails to sense the location, you indicated that the renter can continue the return process even w/o the location. Completely different topic: the step up to the pickup truck's cabin is really high! Would it be possible to add a lower step? Not everyone has the strength for such a high step.

DongHwi LeeVehicle online checkin did not provide me with a code to open lock box to get key. Still had to go inside. Vehicle locked doors by itself with key on center console and there was no fob. While we were loading and closed door vehicle locked by itself. Police had to come and open. Absolutely ridiculous.
