The truck almost caused an accident because it needs maintenance ASAP!! An inexperienced driver is going to lose they life in that truck. The steering is super loose and the tie rod or axel is at the point of falling off. I did not get use out of the rental at all. Very unsatisfactory!!
Jacqualyn WThe customer service person was very nice, but the location itself was in a cramped parking lot. When I drove to it, it was during rush hour and was extremely hard to access due to the traffic.

Barbara SI would love for them to check in your vehicle while you are standing in front of them instead of telling you to leave and they will close out the account later. When i checked my vehicle in I put $35 worth of gas in it to bring it back to 3/4 tank of gas where I left it. When I looked at the closing bill they emailed me they charged for 5 additional gallons of gas ($22,5). I have no way of proving the gas level when I returned the truck. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CHECKING OUT A VEHICLE FROM ANY RENTAL PLACE TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE GAS LEVEL AND MILEAGE WHEN YOU RETURN THE VEHICLE.

diane cI would start with providing a clean vehicle without a check oil warning and adequate washer fluid. Also the pricing policy is way too steep. I never heard of not being able to keep a U-Haul vehicle for a 24 hour period. By far my worst U-Haul experience.
Maria FTruck was given with no gas. Everything in the cab was sticky. Sunvisor was broken Tail pipe rusted To the point where parts of it fell off. Smell like smoke Windshield had tons of scratches ** have pictures if needed.

nicholas fI dropped off the truck by 3pm as my limit time said but the guy took his time to check the truck and by the time he make the receipt it was 3:12pm and they charged me for an extra day. UNBELIEVABLE and i left the truck with the gas almost full.

Antonio JWhen I dropped the truck at this location, I went inside and the man took the keys and said that u donot have to do anything else. I asked him to check the truck and he said that I am all set and I left. Then he charged me $27 the next day stating that the truck was not clean. I have complained to U-Haul customer service and I want u haul to take action. Thank
SALMAN Athe drop off location lies and stated i brought the truck the next day so i could get charged extra. i took a picture of when the truck was parked. highly upset with uhaul. Also, you guys cancelled my pick up location a few times

Oliver PThis was not the location I wanted to return the truck, but the only one available at the time. I was so tired at the end of my very long day that I didn't even pay attention to the place. It was not well marked and I did drive past it and had to turn around on a narrow street to go back. But the man who took the keys was fine...no hassles.
