I will always use Uhaul. The service is amazingly good
Jack BThe man in charge was very short and didn't explain payment details at all. Had to run back out numerous times instead of him just explaining U-Haul policy on deposit instead of talking on phone.
Gary YEmployee seemed irritated and asked for the uhual keys and snatched them from my hand right after I handed him the uhual documents. Store location had an overpowering odor from their side business they run at the same store front.

Mike JIt took me 45 minutes to get the truck. There was no one available to get the gate open. Called uhaul three times to get connected to get the code. Truck was parked awkwardly and was hard to get out. The truck was dirty (isent pictures)

Jeff BSmooth transaction. Rented the 9' van.. it was perfect. drove excellent! Had backup camera! I do wish more locations had access to the vans.. I had to drive over an hour to rent this. and then return it back there.

David PCheck all tires before putting a family on the road. That screw in the tire could of been bad. But, the situation was handled. Called to extend my time with the truck, was denied. Was told I couldn't keep the truck longer, I had to return it.

Jeff BThis particular truck had the "check engine" light on when I picked it up. I suspect the previous renter had put E-85 gas in it as it ran very rough. I added 1/2 tank of E-87 and it ran better. However, when renting a UHaul to move more than 300 miles, one really does not want to see a check engine light lit up. The inside of the windshield had water spots as if it had been sprayed with a water hose - on the inside of the cab. This suspicion was backed up when my wife went to climb into the cab and reached for the inside grip to help pull herself up and found it was full of water.

RICHARD EWent in at 11:45 to drop my uhaul and trailer went in. People where rude told me I had to do self check in bc they already shut the ubaul computer down. So I went outside they locked the door behind me they don't close till noon.
Elizabeth RDropped off after hours. So there wasn't any interaction with anyone regarding the rental. Cannot judge the look of the location for the same reason. I can say that there was not any directions posted on the door directing where to park, drop keys, or how to conduct what needed to happen after hours. Thankfully we noticed the small key drop box on a truck in the parking lot 50' away from the door. Dropped keys in there & attempted to checkout online. Ended up having to call, which the waits are atrocious. Once a human answered, it was a speedy process.
