Do not use this place if you need to rent a uHaul. The address isn't tied to an actual place (there is no 189 Keefer Pl), and JOJO Rentals is not an actual business. It's just a guy who's intent is definitely to scam people by making the location nonexistent and borderline impossible to get to and never answering any calls. I'm convinced that the only way I was able to actually get ahold of my rental a full hour after my initial booking time was because I was persistent enough and got in contact with uHaul through their corporate phone number. This guy definitely takes advantage of people who are new to Vancouver or are unfamiliar with the area and have never used uHaul before. The guy running this place claimed that he had been calling me once corporate was finally able to get ahold of him, and when he finally did call me for the first and only time, he called from a phone number that is NOT the one listed on the website. I don't understand how uHaul can allow their "neighbourhood dealers" to be operant through their company website without verifying IN PERSON that they are real and actually exist.

I was charged for a cargo van that I had not picked up. I had numerous phone conversations with the corporate office and there was no answer from the location's manager/owner.
YouLim Y.DO NOT USE!!! This is not a legitimate location. This person is just using a parkade to operate out of and wasted 30 minutes of my morning trying to locate him. Worst of all when I returned the vehicle and parked it where HE TOLD ME TO PARK I was billed an extra $104 because of a parking violation from the parkade!
Jason F.It is not a physical location. The address doesn't actually exist and the vehicle was locked in an underground private parkade I could not access without waiting 90 minutes for Uhaul to contact the dealer's personal cell phone and have them come let me in.
