I showed up on time to pick up my rental but the worker was a half hour late so I had to sit outside their gate until they arrived which set me back in my moving plans. Seats were covered in dog hair. They also had a weird fuel tank return amount at 5/8ths of a tank. Honestly no one can properly estimate how to pay for 5/8ths of a tank at a gas pump. No one has ever pulled up to the gas station and said, "let me get 5/8ths on pump 12," right? Very unnecessary. Its like they know how difficult it is to estimate that amount of fuel so most people will just say fill it up, & they use that as a passive aggressive attempt to get people to fill up the tank without explicitly asking them to.

The location was great. The only problem I had was dealing with customer service when returning the vehicle after hours. I could get the online return to work and when I called customer service the people I spoke to had problems figuring out how to complete the return. Again, the location and the office staff when I picked it up was great.

My truck stalled on me when I made my first trip to put things in storage. It would not turn on and I had to take a lyft home. I wasn’t done with the truck and I was charged as if I completed my trips. I am very upset. Now I have to rent another truck and do it all over again.

They gave me a trailer with a dented fender and told me it was listed in contract. It was not so called corp and sent them pictures and they told me everything would be okay. It was but the person at the lot was not truthful to me

actually the trailer I rented had a broken safety chain and was listed as "down for repair"...i needed the trailer so bad that we repaired the trailer in site to make it rentable.

clean the truck. The truck we got was filthy. I swept up a pile of saw dust and dirt, and the blankets stunk of mildew. We rented 36 blankets, but only got 33. The hand truck, dolly and blankets were not ready- we had to ask for them.

What a nightmare trying to get into pickup the trailer, I had a scheduled time and no one was available. I had to reschedule for later that day and still waited for 30 minutes for someone to let me in just to do the paperwork. It took almost an hour to get the trailer. I won’t make that mistake again.

Staff was 30min late showing up to work. Not nice and didn't help much. Is an embarrassment to Uhaul. Will never go there again.

I checked the gas was less than 1/4 tank. I have told very specifically to the lady at the location that gas is less than 1/4 but in sheet you have put it as 1/4. She said that’s fine and bring it less than 1/4 where it is now . Despite of that I am being charged $45 fot it. When I call the location, as per owner I need to call customer service. When I call customer service they say Delaware doesn’t come in their jurisdiction and I need to file a customer complaint for which they transfer to some other customer service . And I am kept on hold for 20 min and no one answers it.

Unreachable by telephone for 2 days Rachon a manager was able to confirm my reservation finally. At locked gate no one answered the buzzer, then called Number on sign and got message "this is a failure to communicate". If not for a woman & child walking around walking on property office would not know I was there. People in office were very nice. Trailer door had rusted latch and moldy smelling blankets in it.

First of all, it is in a residential area and not well marked. I picked a certain location that was closer to me and a time (9 am). My pick up location was changed by Uhaul, to this location which was further away, forcing me to use more mileage, when I was not given unlimited mileage. When making the reservation, the UHaul website allowed me to choose the 9am pick up time when this location doesnt open until 12 noon on that day. I got a text and a phone call confirming this 9 am pick up time. This location could not help me with anything since they are not a Uhaul company, they just work for them. I plan my move and my day around this and half the day was lost. I had family drive hours to help me, it was very frustrating and awkward that we had to wait in a families drive way. I do not recommend picking up or dropping off here.

There was supposed to be a dropbox for after hours key deposit. I was unable to find it, so I put the key in the mailbox. I was apprehensive about leaving the key in an unsecured location, but there were no alternatives.

Tire had a nail in it. It stayed up the whole trip, but we had to keep watch over it. Location is way too narrow. The lady at the desk was nice, but never left the office.

This location is one of the worst places I have ever used for Uhaul. The facility requires access though a gate ( that was not working when I arrived). The facility is crowded and there is very little room to maneuver when parking trailers. Normally, someone assists with the hook-up and does a quick safety check on the trailer lights to make sure everything is working. In this case, however, the attendant pointed at the trailer and said "There it is."

Your business model sucks. My original reservation fell through, I was never contacted by U-Haul (I had to call them) and I did not get the same equipment as I reserved. Seems like making a reservation is a waste of time and U-Haul does not care about the inconvenience to its customers.

Only thing with this site is that you cannot return your truck after 8:00pm because your code will not work to let you in... so your forced to add another day’s charge to your bill which has happened to me twice.

This setup is not ideal. I was told by U-Haul I could pick equipment up after hours. That is not true. This business closes at 2 pm during the week and is gated. I missed one day with my equipment. When I went to pick up the next morning, the person was not there and I had to wait for him to get back. This was during normal business hours.

This location was very slow with processing the payment, and the individual did not seem very computer literate. I was unhappy with the time it took to process payment and sign documents just to pick up the key to the truck being rented. This is not the location I wanted to receive a pick up from so I was unhappy with the experience overall.

This location was very helpful, but this was my 3rd location drop off attempt. Your dispatch send me to a location that didn't accept trailers, they he send me to a location down the road that also didn't accept trailers. The second location helped me get in touch with dispatch who send me to this 3rd and final location. It took me 1.5 hours to return the trailer. This is unacceptable with a computer dispatch. You shouldn't send a customer to a location that can't help them. Particularly when you are in a foreign location. You should fix this. May not rent again due to this.

Be more honest. Undisclosed $1 "environmental fee". Charged for 1.5 gallons of gas : only drove 22 miles and added 2 gallons of gas. Van could not possibly have used 3.5 gallons over 22 miles (6.3 mpg???). Biggest gripe against rental companies is their lack of honesty and UHaul has shown me why.

The particular trailer that I rented was the worst towing unit ever. It acted like it had square wheels so it hopped all over the road, regardless of load or speed, it was really bad about 30mph. I tow a lot of trailers and this is the first like this. All the others that I have rented from this same place were great.
