Jeff VI rent from here on average 2-3 days per month. Mostly for work purposes moving supplies and tools. The transaction is smooth and the equipment does its job.
James LThis wasn't the worst uhaul experience, but also not the best. The location seemed disorganized, the trucks were not accessible and the truck smelled like marijuana when I got in. One of the workers pulled the truck around for me, but said I needed to move my car out of their lot and just left the truck running while I looked for a place to park my car and come back. When I dropped the truck off, no one seemed interested in taking the keys back since there was no drop box to just put them in myself.

Bradley TThey are very professional and the mileage is correct from the actual dashboard and and the checkout paper and the tank is full. I had an extremely terrible experience with uhaul Union Avenue back in 2022. But this Germantown location they are so good!!!!

ANGIE SThe employee has helped me to hitch the trailer but I paid his attention that it was very low and suggested to adjust the height. The employee told me that I'll be fine. As a result, the trailer was scratching the asphalt during the manoeuvres.
Oleksandr BBe sure to get a printed out invoice from online person on location of truck to be picked up. Pick up phone and call that location to verify that is the proper location and truck will be there. Do not depend on calling while. In route to that location and then picking up phone. They will put you on hold and by the time you get there, they will never pick back up. Very poor experience due to wrong location. from online help setting up truck to start with. People at the right location did an excellent job. Would help to clean windshield. So many foot prints on the inside of the windshield it was filthy.

David FGreat group of guys work there. They always take good care of me. I have used this location many times since the U-Haul location that was close to me shut down. There is another U-Haul place closer to me, on Hwy. 64 in Bartlett, Tn; but they are not very friendly. These guys in Germantown, Tn. are great. Much rather go 10 miles further down the road and be treated nice.

Angel AI am not pleased with the UHAUL reservation system. I had a reservation at Summer Avenue. I was given a contract and sent to go hook up the trailer, but the trailer was not there. I then had to wait on the regional traffic office to locate another 6 x 12 trailer. I then had to drive 20 minutes to Jones. This wasted an hour of my time! You all need to get this problem resolved.
