Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to call in about the truck and complete the order at the location. Never had that happen renting from UHaul. Most of the information given was already entered in during reservations. Truck was covered in snow, had to take 20 mins to shovel it out and brush and de-ice the truck and windows. The loading door was frozen shut. Had to take 10 minutes to melt it and lift it open. Check engine light was on the whole time.

ANNETTE JThe location uses their personal cell phone to re-enter all the information you used to place the order including your credit card. This made me very uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional and unusual. I've used U-Haul a lot and never encountered this. He just kept saying I'm 3rd party it's not my fault they have me do it this way.

Ben CIt seems odd when I checked in the person entered my private information into their iPhone. I hope my identify has not been stolen. Since, I am a retired police officer I will be vigilant to make sure my identify was not stolen.
edward mI reserved a box truck four days in advance, gave my credit card information over the phone and scanned my driver's license as requested by U-Haul. Upon arriving to pick up the truck today, I found that there was no record of my reservation and the truck size I had reserved had been taken by another customer. I had to pay more for a larger truck, as a result. I shouldn't t be surprised by any of this, as the person helping me was completing all of my paperwork and transactions via the app on his cell phone. Horrible experience and will never come back.
FORREST BHad a great experience using the one way rental. Everything was as advertised and all equipment worked perfectly. I would do it again if the occasion presents itself.
James BThe U-Haul website is terrible. It never works! And you offer virtual pick-up at locations that don't have that option and are closed on the weekends.
BETHANY DThe guy who ran the place has a real anger management problem. Parking area was not well marked. He ranted & yelled at me when I parked temporarily in the wrong spot & got out to ask where to park. Yelled more then walked away when I offered to pay for the plastic parking marker I accidentally hit.

Jeffrey NAlthough the equipment was "clean" it did show signs and sounds of age. Also the dealer was very good but working alone in a gas station and often distracted.
