No personnal available, this location did not enter truck I dropped off in system for days and Uhaul was contacting me asking when and where the truck was, I do not appreciate being questioned about a truck I dropped off days ago. I returned as I was suppose to within 24 hrs. All together my experience with Uhaul was terrible. I am upset I also got ripped off on money I spent for fuel. Awful way to run a business. Good way to loose customers

I ordered a 15 foot truck based off of the tight space we had to park the truck in when we got to our next location, i drove an hour away just so i could get this 15 foot truck and when we arrived the had changed us to a 20 foot truck without informing us before hand. This was a remote location so i had to call uhaul and the uhaul lady i spoke had a horrible attitude when i asked her to help me locate the next place with a smaller truck she said "look i don't know what you expect me to do about this, have a nice day" and hung up on me. This 20 foot truck made moving a massive pain since the place we moved to had such a small area to park in we had to park a block away to move everything. Highly annoyed.

Christopher McarthurRobert, the UHaul rep changed our pick up location and the new location was VERY inconvenient. My Android smart phone or the local WiFi was not sufficient to handle and online check in. All of the hassle we incurred cost we valuable time, 2 hours wasted!!!! Eric was very kind but lazy to step up and help us. At the inconvenient location we had to travel to on West Meighan, Kimberly was on a person call to her child's teacher, so we was trying to multi-task, however, we were the ones being slighted.

I told him that I was returning a truck. He came around to assist us and told me that he was trying to use the bathroom. TMI. Did not need to know that. But finished quickly and wished us a merry Christmas. Rome location. This comment is for the drop off at 2447 Shorter Ave

Robert WisneskiThe location was fine but uhaul was not, was late getting the uhaul because of lack of online help. Then when I got it I couldn't keep it the full 24 hours but was charged for it that long and when I returned it was having trouble with phone working because the location was so far out that I was a few minutes late and was charged even more. So a 10 hour rental and less than 30 miles cost me over $100 terrible!

Cathy MargadonnaMade an appt to pick up truck at 9am. Owner didn't arrive until 9:30. The bed of the truck was so unstable it wiggled from side to side. An inexperienced driver would not have been able to handle the truck resulting in a wreck. Will not lease a truck from this location again.

lynn hughstonThese questions are totally irrelevant to the most horrible experience you could imagine with U-haul. Everything from Uhaul changing the amount of the original rental ($40 higher) to changing the pick up location without direct notification to a location that was not open, to not having blankets that were reserved, changing the size of the truck. Wasted the morning , forced to pay more than originally contracted (bait and switch), lied to at the uhaul 1-800 number about adding mileage for free., etc. etc. etc.....worst rental experience of my life. The two locations above are fine. Experience with Uhaul HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
