The pickup location is a used car lot. Well kept place that looks newly "renovated". Trailer was located, conveniently.on the lot. The guy that came to hook the trailer up was going to do it wrong by not crossing the chain in which I had to correct him. Other than that no issues.

Trailer wiring harness too short to be safely attached to vehicle, license plate was incorrect according to contract as well as expired. When trailer was returned the next day after uhaul told me not to use it, representative never checked trailer back in and was contacted the following day by Uhaul corporate regarding unreturned equipment. Invoice charge and uhaul invoice did not match.

I was promptly and politely greeted by three employees working at the location. Office space was meticulously clean. My check-in was speedy and painless. Two gentlemen employees, one presumably the busienss owner, made all of the trailer connections, double-checked the light connections were working and offered guidance on the best way for handling making turns and backing up a 9x12 trailer to a novice (me). The day went well and upon return and employee came to the lot when I pulled in and assisted me with backing it into the spot. Overall; this was a really good U-Haul rental experience for me!. In the past I've been to some really shady U-Haul locations that came with treatment representative of the shop. This location should be noted somewhere for exceptional and prompt service…in a safe and clean environment. Thank you, Lee Pace

Rough ride

My reservation stated that the pick-up location would be in Whitehall, PA and then the drop-off would also be at that location. My boyfriend and I drove 30 min to get to the pick-up location and were on time. Upon arrival we were told that the reservation stated to pick up in Walnutport, PA. I brought up the reservation that I saved on my phone and showed the worker. He said that I should have gotten an email at 11:30 AM (mind you our reservation was at and the current time was 2:30 PM) stating that the pick-up location had been changed last minute. He did not apologize and inferred that this was obvious and that I should have seen this (I work all day and therefore do not check my email every 2 hours). My boyfriend and I politely left and then drove to the changed location in Walnutport, PA which was 3 minutes from our house... I would appreciate a phone call or something if this happens!
