SHANE AYou should clearly spell out on your website that the Fort Lee location requires a "civilian" to literally apply for a pass to get into the base to pick up the truck. This took me well over an hour and I had movers waiting that I paid $130 per hour. There is no way that I could have known that the truck was located inside an army base.
Jesse lOnly thing I would say is the employee here charged my card without going over and explaining what these additional charges were for. I was told when I picked up that my truck and trailer just need to be returned on the 16th. I brought back all equipment on the 16th and was still charged an additional day for the truck and trailer because he said I was suppose to have it back by 6 am. My pickup location didn't specify a time just the date to me when we went over my rental agreement. After I told him that he said there's nothing he can do cause it has already been charged.

Saleh AVery convenient to be on base (fort Lee) My reservation did not completely show in the computer system. I had to re select the drop off location, a bit of a hassle. The way I had to use my phone to take pictures of my drivers license was terrible, had to take many pictures to get on to take. This is a very poor process. There was no one to hook up the trailer and ensure it is correct. This could have been very problematic. Would not have been workable if my wife had gone to pick it up.

KATIE DTrain your employees. Managers should answer the phone. I had to call another uhaul place to walk him through how to rent out a trailer. He didn't know how to hook the trailer up. His manager wouldn't answer the phone. The fellow checking me out was very nice, but knew nothing about what he was doing and had no support at all.
