First of all, the first location we were supposed to pick up our truck was closed, the owner was on vacation and did not let uhaul know. This was Kilgore muffler. So we had to drive 20 miles out of the way to get there. Then we spent over an hour trying to fix the rental paperwork with customer service so we could drive off. In the 30 years we have used uhaul we have never had so much trouble getting our vehicle. Luckily it all worked out if it hadn't we would not have been able to move for a week which would have been a disaster. Please develop better communications with these small town local vendors or kick them out of your network. We will continue to use uhaul. We think this was an aberration and will not happen again. Thank you..

This location was very misleading and difficult to find. What should have been an easy drop off was long and worrisome. First there is no place called JR's Automotive Restoration. It is an abandoned building. The place that you rent/drop off U-Haul's is called something different and is actually a different address. I think it is 803 or 801 W. Broadway. The internet and their door said they opened at 8am but we were there way after that time and there was no one at that location.

Y'all need to get better lower rates and offer more lenient drop off times I'm on disability and Medicare and need every dollar I receive each month and y'all took $44.00 dollars from me that I needed for food and medicine.

While it was obvious where this place kept their Uhaul rentals parked, this are was fairly full and a person with little to zero experience backing a trailer would have had a very hard time maneuvering a trailer here. It was also unclear exactly where their property ended so a person may accidentally park on the wrong property.

I booked truck for a sunday, on a Friday. Truck gets stuck in mud, i call location who has me call roadside because he says that it's covered. Roadside tells me its covered then sends tow truck. After tow truck is finished i receive a $120 charge, customer service tells me that my rental was only valid friday into saturday and therefore expired meaning i had no roadside coverage. I don't know where the mistake was initially made, but somebody's mistake cost me an additional $120. I specifically booked this uhaul for sunday and couldn't have been more clear about that fact. So far i have spent multiple phone calls trying to get this issue resolved. The location owner agreed that i booked it for a sunday and said that i could expect a call from his area director which never happened. I'm in the process of attempting to get the charge reversed, but so far absolutely no-one at any level at uhaul or the uhaul location has taken ownership of this mistake, leaving me feeling robbed and confused as to how such a big company could make such a mistake and demonstrate no accountability on this.

We were told we owed 8.00 for mileage. When he looked at why we owed, we were told we were only allowed 30 miles. We also found out we weren’t given the required contract when we rented the truck. He called and got the$8.00 waived. Very helpful and said he would pass along our rental experience

The location is great - easy in and out.....and the staff were excellent. They were quick to wait on me and one guy even backed the trailer up for me into a pretty tight spot. They also let me borrow a broom to get some potting soil out of the trailer that spilled. I'd recommend this facility for anyone.

Show the correct fuel level om the contract. Tank showed 1/2 tank. I have a picture showing it below the 1/2 level. I got screwed 7 months ago for the same thing. That is just a crooked way to charge more money..The tank should be full when it is picked up.
