Very bad customer service.
NAIEM NDrop off service not available after 2nd floor is locked after business hours. Elevator says 10pm off, but tried returning before 10 and was shut down including stairs to drop off box locked.

eva kYou can improve by not overcharging the customer. They charged me an extra day, which I proved they were wrong. They also charged me over $100 for the fuel, which I also proved with photos that I returned full tank of gas. In short, don't take advantage of customers hoping they won't notice extra charges on their credit card.

Nicholas BThe parking lot was easy to locate but the key drop off was a bit confusing, as there were no specific directions on where the key drop was. We dropped off on a Sunday and the business was closed. Also, the name of the business is different and we could not find the location at first. However, the UHAUL representative was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. Their customer service was impressive. Merci encore!
Manuela SPlease provide an appliance dolly to this location. Paid for a utility dolly (it was all they had) but never used it as it was not sufficient to move my washer and dryer.

Michael WTruck was caked with grime all over the window shield. The pickup location was extremely difficult to find. No signage. The address did not exist to the visible eye, it's a gun store inside another store front. The address says 916V but you can't see it from the upstairs sidewalk. It's inside 916X. And then the guys who work there treated me like I was the dummy when I finally found it. Also the reservation was for 9am and they didn't open until 9:30am so I walked around the shopping center with my finger in my butt for a half hour. He to take the dirty truck to the uhaul place down the street to get cleaned before driving it was dangerous because you couldn't see through it. Always something with Uhaul. Eyeroll.
Jeffrey MI don't think there was anything else they could do to improve. She, I believe I can't remember her name was the owner and she was absolutely wonderful! It was very stressful to move and to leave Big Bear as it was my home, but she made it less stressful for me. I would highly recommend this place.

Bob Slocation was inside a gun store. the interior of the truck had dirt and stains on the seats and the trunk was covered with wet leaves. me and my partner took time to wash and to vacuum the dirt & sand off the vehicle before we brought it back. the process of returning the truck was messy and i felt rushed. they said we were late when dropping it off when i verbally told them 6pm drop off. they also charged us an extra $50 for not filling up the gas tank and that we used “1/4 of gas”.

LAURAALISON PWhen I arrived to pick up the U-Haul box truck I had called & arranged, just an hr prior, I was told they did not have that vehicle.. I was forced to use a smaller van which seemed unprofessional & unacceptable. The only positive thing was the nice associate of the.. GUN SHOP that this location is located in.. (Did not feel comfortable or expect the front door being locked..) Very wierd experience, would not recommend.

yvetta mThe fuel in the truck was given to me at 3/4 tank and when I returned it, they wanted me to return it at 7/8 of a tank full. They charged me extra for no reason. I tried to explain it to no avail. Never use them again. Very shady people.

ELVIRA MA little hard to find if you don't know the area but they picked up the phone and were helpful with that. I'm also disabled and unable to walk up stairs so they met me at my van. Great team!
Cybil SHad a terrible time finding the location and almost gave up. Better signage is needed out front on Burbank Blvd. The staff was excellent and equipment just what we reserved. My only complaint is trying to find the place and no phone# to contact the location for help
Judith BThis particular location was fine but to uhaul in general: On both pickup and dropoff the website was incredibly finicky, requiring me to call in to uhaul and quit/restart my phone's browser completely both times.
Raymond RThe interior of the cabin was sticky as though someone had spilled coffee everywhere and it hadn't been cleaned up. The after hours return box is not easily accessible, nor is it clearly marked. I was not given clear instructions on how to return the keys after hours.

Mahmoud QHad a hard time finding the location and the associate actually answered the phone, provided detailed directions and came out to meet us in the parking lot. He was willing to go the extra mile to help us get checked in after an exhausting day of moving.
kimberly jThe service was great. The van was clean. No complaints about that. My only complaints are with the physical location. There was NO SIGNAGE. The location is in an outdoor shopping center with small businesses. It is so terribly confusing to navigate to because I'm looking for U-Haul signage. There is nothing. And then I go inside and this is NOT a typical U-Haul. It is jarring. It is a business, and I won't disclose the type of business, that also contracts to rent U-Hauls. And that's fine. But at least give me a heads up. I was completely freaked. I was there alone. Have better signage. Please! Other than that, I would totally rent from this location again.

Wendy BI don't know if it was the location's fault, but my truck share login was not acknowledged. However, it was definitely their fault when the lock on my truck was one that needed a key!!! I finally got through to customer service, they had to assign a new truck.
Allana BDid not have my dolly or two dozen blankets ordered and pre paid for. Only ended up being given six blankets. The dolly was the wrong dolly. Had no easy way to get resolution. It really set the day back for moving. Now I am being bounced around trying to get reimbursed.
Robert WThe location is at a GUN STORE in an unmarked suite on the second floor of a strip mall. Not even the security man knew where it was. The phone numbers listed on the uhaul site for the business did not work. Service inside was terrible and key drop is extremely unnoticeable.

Daisy RThe location was great. However the company gets a ZERO. My original 26' truck was unavailable even though I had a reservation. Then I was told to travels over 30 miles to get another truck. When I found this location uhaul failed to give me complimentary miles to make up for the 15' truck which required me to make two trips. Absolutely horrible.
Carl SThey guys that helped me out were so personable and kind (and funny) loved the upbeat attitude. I'll be coming back here when I need another uhaul.
Helen DWhen reserving on Online, I was given one total. When I picked up the U-haul truck, a different total. When I noticed this difference, I was told I could resolve this problem at the place of drop-off. It didn't work that way. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this problem and getting nowhere. My only advice to future customers, take a picture of the total given on Online. I'm not happy with U-haul at all. Much less with JS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC (where I picked up the U-haul truck at Los Ángeles, Burbank.
