I returned my truck ahead of time and 1 mile under the allowed mileage. When I was charged for extra mileage I was told by this business that my vehicle was picked up by the wrong person and returned but I was charged the mileage which he said he told whoever does the billing not to charge me - but I was!!!!!! Only $5,35 but the point I should not have been charged, it should have been corrected - but hasn't!!!!!!

David NInside of truck smelled a little weird and there was crumbs and dirt on the floor. Also, the truck was squeezed into a spot I had to have 2 people direct me out.
Dillon Athey had no room for me to return my rental. I had to drive to two other locations. had to beg for someone to accept the return without charging me a fee for not returning the trailer to the location I rented from. very frustrating. never renting from them again!! lowers my trust in UHaul.
Wayne AI was disappointed to only receive 5 Moving blankets rather than the dozen that were advertised for the extra $10/day. Seeing as I had the truck for two days I felt like it wasn't fair to be charged $20 for only having access to 5 moving blankets.
Milan AAs far as JT's Auto Service they were great. But U-Haul in general needs better communication with its customers.
ROBBIE BZero signs of where to leave trailers, incredibly small space to squeeze into, horrible layout and zero assistance. Extremely frustrating and will not be using service again anytime soon because of poor experience.

Patrick DThe truck was dirty on outside and inside. Not even the windshield had been cleaned. Bugs all over it. Very dirty on inside including dog hair. With a virus going around I expected it to have been cleaned. I had to wipe it down before we could use it. Very disappointed. Wanted to use no contact pick up but because U-Haul changed our pick up location the day before it would not work. Telling us we were at wrong location. Had to have the gentleman there to do paperwork. WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!!

Tabatha APulled up and parked truck. I was met outside handed over the keys and that was it , very easy. The person that met me outside said he would take care of parking the truck where it needs to go and a email would be sent to me as a receipt

David MI had a pleasant experience with the store owner and no issues with the truck. I only had an issue with my final bill. I was charged an additional $120 and was told that drove 194 miles when I only drove approximately 60 miles. Uhaul is currently working on the incident but it has really been an inconvenience. I would hope that it was just an entry error and not intentional.
